A pesar que sufrio el impacto de el ciclon , tienen sus habitaciones, resturante, una piscina, con muy buena condicion. El trato es espectacular, sus trabajadores dan mucha atencion, considerados, preocupados, complacientes, se lo recomiendo a todas las personas. Tienen mucha seguridad

Es la segunda vez q visitaba el hotel regrese pq la primera vez me encanto, esta vez no fue asi, cuando llegue al hotele cobraron dinero de mas, pq segun la senora q me atendio muy mal por sierto, q no habia puesto la cantidad de personas, cuando mi habitacion era de 8 personas las q estabamos, despues q era por el desayuno, cuando me habian dicho q era gratis, supuestemte era para dos personas free y nunca fue asi, la piscina estaba super fria fuimos a decir a la recpcion y nunca le pusieron el calemtador, creo q no vuelvo mas cobran muy cara la noche, y al final estubo pesimo

As for the breakfast, it is included with your stay for everyone in your party as long as they are guests of the resort. Our pool is heated to temps between 84 and 86 year-round, but we are sorry if this was not warm enough for you. We hope you will return again and give us another chance to provide you an exceptional stay.

Todo me gusto el unico problema es que mi cuarto quedaba al lado del elevador y el sonido de el parecia que estábamos en una lavadora por lo demas me gusto muchísimo

Espectacular el hotel la piscina está vez con agua caliente porque el tiempo está nublado, los cuartos súper cómodos , todo limpio, el desayuno muyyyyy bueno y el personal de la piscina muy profesional me encanta este hotel lo recomiendo 100%

What a beautiful spot!! We will definitely be back, the staff were very pleasant, food was great, views were unbelievable! Dolphins swimming out front, seen a shark swim by as well!! If you are into shelling it is a great spot!!

This resort was as pictured. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working upon arrival and someone was in our room fixing it within minutes. The pools were nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I booked this hotel last minute for my kiddo and I and I’m so glad I did! It was the perfect family resort! I loved that the pool was right next to the ocean. Was great for the kiddo to be able to go from pool to beach and back again. They even had a movie night by the pool for the kiddos. Food was great and the room was clean! I would visit again!

Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. A lot of the surrounding area has yet to recover. We understood this before going down but wanted to support the area. The room we stayed in was one of the nicer ones. During our week stay, we noticed 2 of the 3 bathroom exhaust fans either barely worked or didn’t work at all. Water down there can smell a little sulfury so not having working exhaust fans is less than ideal. The garbage disposal didn’t work. Lamps were glued together. Between this and the fire protection pipe break, it appears they are struggling to keep up with the general upkeep while they're focused on bringing back the bigger pool features. Staffing is very friendly but it feels they aren’t getting good communication and support from the resort. Pink Shell has come up with several new money making programs of late that the staff seemed under informed on. New free refill cups and ice cream stands fell a little short. They also recently changed the tipping process for breakfast which likely hurts the servers. We enjoyed ourselves, but with other premium options on the beach, Pink Shell needs to step it up or its great reputation of the past won’t be able to save it from the competition.
