Muchas cucarachas, terrible
En la resecion la muchacha fue amable es la tercera vez que voy a este holtel siempre me paresio muy buena desde el 2021 fue la segunda vez paro ahora fue terrible avía cucarachas en la habitación llege a matar hasta 10 cucarachas y me fui a casa de una amiga, porque ya avia echo el chequeo y no podía cancelar.

Clean and comfortable hotel
It was a nice experience. I stayed for one night. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has kitchen and refrigerator as well as a microwave. It works on the extended stay concept, like some resorts; no daily housekeeping but weekly and no eating facilities, no restaurant, no breakfast. If you are ok with the concept you will enjoy the hotel. Vending machines are available at the lobby. If you have a car it's ok. No restaurants or stores within walking distance but about 5 minutes by car.

Low water pressure in shower and laundry areas. Multiple attempts to fix problem. No hot water in areas of the hotel. 2 of the 3 washers took 60 minutes to fill for wash cycle then another 60 minutes to rinse. 2 of 3 dryers took over 2 hours to dry clothes. Left multiple messages to speak with manager but never received call from management regarding issues!! The evening maintenance man tried multiple times to fix issue. Had to go to salon to have hair washed because not enough pressure to wash shampoo and conditioner from long hair. Offered another room which had the same issues. Toilets required multiple flushes (up to 7 times) in order to clear out all the waste. Traffic at this area is absolutely horrendous!!!!(This isn’t something they can can control but be prepared.) STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I loved the full size fridge with icemaker. The hotel property has a lending cabinet that has waffle makers, toaster ovens, and even large crockpots for guests to borrow. They have full size washers and dryers for free use to guests and gas grills in the pool area for guests to use as well. I have no idea why the property details say that people who live within 70 miles cant rent a room because i did. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Staff was not attentive. Was given keys for an occupied room. there was no phone communication between room and front desk. room was cold but could not control the room temperature . was told to disconnect air conditioning unit.

The hotel was good. The staff was kind. A bit of fairly quiet partying outside the front door. Evening staff include, but not overwhelmingly noisy or rowdy. ice machine in refrigerator does not work, at least in my room and in another persons room, so we got ice at the front desk. loved the free washing machine and dryer. sadly, the worst part of this stay was something they have no control over, the traffic and road construction near the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it to others with the understanding of these conditions.

Over priced
Very pricey for what you get. Hotel needs updating. There was few options for drinks. Room had an odd odor about it. This is more of a $99/night accommodations. Saw a roach on our last day. TV remote didn’t work so essentially the TV didn’t work and the motor on the vent fan kept humming all night. Water in shower never got hot. No towel racks in bathroom, just one hook. No hair dryer. Bed was comfortable.

They cancelled our reservation and then made us pay an extra $50 dollars to get our room. The front desk worker was an absolute creep. He put us in a one-bed room, even though we payed for a two, and was upset when we came back down and asked for the two bed that we had payed for. The one-bed room also had no towels and someone else’s trash in the room. Our new room had something vomit like in the trash can when we went looking for a trash bag. The shower did not heat up and black clumps fell out of the shower head as you used it.
