¡pésimo servicio del personal de recepcion!!! reserve y pague una habitación días antes y al llegar al hotel la señorita me pidio tarjeta de crédito, le dije que no tenía que dejaba mi deposito en cash como en otros hoteles lo he hecho y porque antes revise sus políticas y ahi mencionan que sí aceptan deposito en efectivo!!. Ella se nego a darme la habitación, pedí hablar con el manager y me dijo que no y que tampoco me podian regresar mi dinero, le pregunté, cual es tu nombre??, contestó: no te lo voy a dar! ¿cómo es posible que una persona que esté trabajando en recepción no dé ni su nombre??. Tuve que contactar con la app donde saque la reserva y ellos me dijeron que efectivamente yo tenía razón y que podía dejar el deposito en efectivo, hablaron con la señorita, les dijo que su nombre era "Victoria" y me dió la habitación siendo grosera y altanera. Añadiendo lo peor, se puso hablar mal de los latinos con su compañera, le pregunté si tenia algo encontra de los latinos?? y dijo si! "siempre vienen los latinos a este pais hacer lo que se les da su gana" increible la actitud de esta señora!! desposta, altanera y racista!! no vayan a este hotel si son de otros países!!! el supervisor nunca apareció y es increíble que dejen que la recepcionista trate así a los clientes!!!

Hello We do not discriminate against anyone that stays with us our policy is there is an incidental fee of15.00 with a valid cc. I waived the fees for this guest which we are not suppose to but I did it as courtesy. Thank you

Just stayed to rest from traveling. I like almost everything just a small detail. The lighting in the room was too dim. Definitely needs to improve., but they did offer a hot breakfast, sausage, scramble eggs, cereal, waffles, yogurt, bread, muffins, fresh fruit

During check-in, we were routed to a nearby hotel with different branding to pickup our room keys. When we arrived there, we were told we had to pay again, then waited for about 15 minutes for the staff at the second hotel to work things out with the hotel we booked. Once that was sorted out, we were sent back to the original hotel only to find that they had actually moved us to the second hotel, sending us back there where we were able to finally get into our room. The room was fine, however the check in process was very poor. They blamed it on someone who went home earlier that night and seemed to think that it was partially my fault for arriving late even though I cleared it in advance using Expedia's messaging service.

I reserved two rooms for my sister-in-law and my parents at this hotel. When my sister-in-law checked the room, there were still dirty clothes in the bathroom on the floor and hair in the bed. It was filthy. They obviously had not cleaned it since they didn’t even pick up the dirty clothes off the floor. They left and went to a different hotel, but the manager would only give us the money back on one of the rooms since we “didn’t check the other room for cleanliness”. We had seen enough. Don’t go here unless it’s the only place left in town.

Very clean, cleaning staff gets an A for their job. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cons: maintenance need to work on some needed fixes. Ice machine out of order and only one ice machine. Room caulking and minor fixes need done. Building is older but still could be nicer if little things were taken care of.
