Our stay was suppose to include breakfast and parking but of course it did not. It also said on here that they had an arcade but it did not. The first room we got did not have a fold out bed; it just had a chair. Then the mattress to the fold out couch in the second room cut our son’s leg. The second mattress they brought was a little better but as we got to looking closer the fold out couch was broken itself. The only thing I did enjoy was the really cold hallways. Never once did I get hot while we stayed there. But we were lied to and it we did get hurt while staying there.

Our stay was lovely. Friendly staff, clean facilities all around, later checkout is nice to have if needed. Was easy to get an Uber to downtown and was only about a 10min drive.

The rooms are extremely humid. Toilet was clogged, one of the beds, bed sheets had what looked liked mold on them. There was NO noise control in the hallways. The smell of marijuana filled during multiple hours of the day, kids playing and yelling in the halls at late hours of the night. People loitering in front of the entrances and parking lot of hotel. Very uncomfortable stay

Called to get towels we were 4 people and only 2 towels, never answered. Had to call numerous times then was told if & when they got a chance. Had to go get them. Elevators to go up to the room are too far seems like a maze. Homeless outside property. Paid $10 for parking I asked was it for security and they said yes, never saw one. Beds are firm, There was a piece of the ceiling hanging right on top of the shower. I stay at Hiltons this one is by far the worse one. Don't stay here.

The lobby and rooms are up to date and clean. Check in process, quick and easy. Nice touch with the free cookies. Once we got to room, we were missing 2 towels and hair dryer was broken, But when I asked for towels, they said they ran out. That’s why a fewer stars.

Charged my card twice for something we didn’t even pay for. If we needed towels or room clean we Had to ask for housekeeping downstairs. The most frustrating part was getting my card charged twice with no compensation!!!!! Facility had weed smell as well

The hotel lobby and reception area is very nice however when you go to your room, you have to pass several dark and outdated hallways just to go to the elevator. The hallway to our room smelled like cigarettes and vape. We requested for our room to be non smoking so I don’t know why the hallway smells like that. The safeway lock on the side of our door was so loose and was barely hanging on the wall. The beds and pillow were not comfortable and the air-condition keeps on turning off and not maintaining the temp we preferred. Overall the room was clean and looks good, the housekeeping staff if very friendly when I asked for towels. Front desk was helpful and the cookies were good too.

I called the hotel prior to leaving Georgia to ensure that I can check in at 4:30am. I was told to book another reservation to ensure. That’s what I did and was marked as a no show an lost $117 then was told there was a $75 early check in fee. Staff didn’t communicate anything. And basically was told it was nothing they could do. I even gave them the name of the person that told to do this and their excuse was oh she only works weekends. Such a rip off

I liked the breakfast buffet. Tiffany the cook was very accommodating. She fixed us breakfast to go after the buffet was closed. We didn't realize that it closed at 10 am. The only negative was the noise from the tractor trailers on Altamesa Street. You should reserve a room on the back side of the hotel, not one facing the street. The king bed room was very clean and nice. We would definitely stay again.

Charged to park in an secured lot. No valet, no garage. A regular public looking lot like at a Walgreens or strip club. What a joke. Front desk personnel should have told me up front about that. What if I had taken a taxi? Or been dropped off by a friend? Absurdly cheap and low class. A stupid reason to run off good customers.
