La atención es excelente, la habitación muy amplia, tiene cafetera, frigobar, lo necesario para estar cómodo.

Aunque había sellos de higiene en la puerta, el de nuestra habitación estaba roto. La habitación estaba limpia, mas sin evidencias de haber sido sanitizada. En general, fue una buena estancia.

Mi peor experiencia de servicio
Comenzaré hablando de lo bueno está muy lindo el hotel cumple las instalaciones nuevas y limpias. Lo pésimo horrible para mí familia fue el servicio de la manager general y otro tipo de recepción. Llegamos con habitación pagada cama doble y pedimos la cambiaran a cama King size ahí comenzó el problema no quiso la manager general que estaba en recepción argumento algo del "proceso" que era imposible. Subimos pero yo llevo niño de 3 año y bebe de 3 meses y mi play yard para acostar a mi bebe cuando estoy en habilitación me percatp que el único lugar donde podía poner na cama del bebe es frente a 30 cm de el aire acondicionado y que el otro niño podía caerse de la cama ya que no se podía pegar a la pared y no había oportunidad de acostarnos mi marido y yo de cada lago ya que era caña pequeña. Vuelvo a llamar le explico a la manager y en tono muy grosero solo me contesta con "baja a levantar tu llave". 2. La segunda noche regresamos 6 pm y no había limpiado mi habitación. Llamamos a recepción y el que estaba ahí se porto de lo peor que no había nadie más que el en todo el hotel diciendo en un todo sarcástico "sorry sorry y thankyou" como 4 ocasiones mientras yo hablaba como para colgarme hasta que tomo el teléfono mi marido y discutieron" 3. Llego a mi casa y tengo un cargo de 59 Dls extras del hotel y ayer me dieron ellos mi factura en 0. Nunca vuelvo a un Hotel Hamptom en toda mi vida y pensaré que no vuelvo a comprar por Expedia ya que permite que me hagan cargos extras

SURPRISE….. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE I was disappointed that there was no shuttle unless your a pilot. They have special shuttle service for airline employees. Just not regular guests. Other than that it’s a beautiful clean place. Beds are really soft. Room was large. Breakfast was great Just don’t book this room thinking you’re going to get a shuttle to it because they have no service. Yet they advertise as if they are a hotel near the airport. Takes a little more than 15 minutes to get there. Beautiful place when you arrive at least. That was a Godsend.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the large floor space in the accessible size room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. A few days after I checked out, I was charged a $4 fee. After calling, I was told that it was a parking fee which was charged by mistake. It was eventually refunded. Pay close attention to your statements and call the specific hotel branch directly if you see a mystery charge. We were overall pleased with this hotel. I would recommend it for short stays.

It was average according to price the tub did not drain properly and there were a lot of black ants in bath room.Night Manager accused my grown son of stealing 2 red bull drinks.He did not. I was with him.breakfast was not very good,but it was free.Other than those things it was okay.I will not stay there again.

I always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn. It is always neat, clean & friendly! Their hot breakfast is a big plus for me, and I always take advantage of their fitness room.

Our vehicle was one of approximately five or six had our windows broken out and items stolen out of them. Management wasn’t concerned and offered no help at all and acted as though this happened on a regular basis. They also stated that there were no cameras on the side of the building where it occurred. They offered no help or assistance and twenty four hours after it happened, police still didn’t have all the information from Hampton Inn. We were in town for a family function.
