Everything was great. The staff are wonderful and we love the afternoon happy hour in the morning breakfast. We did hear a bit of traffic in the morning, but if you wear hearing protection, you would not and I am a very light sleeper. Most people may not even notice it we would stay again.

Jason at the front desk was excellent, he gave us all the info we needed, was very pleasant & helpful. We arrived a little later than planned & he told us to go have something to eat & drink before they closed the complimentary dining area then come back & check in so we wouldn’t miss out.

As health-conscious vegetarians, complimentary breakfasts at hotels are usually sparse for us, since meat and grease is present in most of the hot dishes. This breakfast was a nice change, with scrambled eggs and biscuits/gravy made without meat, and potatoes that had a delicious, baked seasoning. A nice surprise also was complimentary supper in the evening and complimentary popcorn in the afternoon. Very nice, and we'll surely return.

I believe his name was jason the Guy who worked the front desk was amazing i feel he went above and beyond he was polite his customer service was very welcoming As we all know customer service hasn't been like it use to as if people dont take pride in there jobs so thank you

Staff is ALWAYS friendly! Unfortunately the elevator was out but the lady at the desk switched my room to downstairs level due to me being disabled. That was awesome not to have to try to walk up & down stairs! Much appreciated.

We are an elderly couple. The elevator was not working. They put us on the second floor. No one at the desk volunteered to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Enough said.

Great hotel
Best hotel around. Great food and service. I always stay here when I'm in town and have never had any issue. Very friendly staff and super clean. The dinner and breakfast buffet are great and all the popcorn and pop you want.

We had two rooms and you more than met expectations. One person would have liked to have a blanket in closet to optionally use. The breakfast was great. I felt bad that we missed the "happy hour" felt like giving away something. Ha

One of our favorite hotels.
We have stayed here many times so it’s like home. Everything was as expected. We didn’t make it down for breakfast so I can’t comment about. We will continue to stay here when we visit.

I always like staying at Drury hotels. The food on the evening is an added benefit. It's not fine dining but good if you just want to stay in. The hotels are always on great condition and the breakfast is good.
