Dear Mr. Anthony, Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry to read about the experience you had during your stay with us. That was an uncommon instance though. We are normally known for our excellent attention to details and we regret that we did not meet your expectation. Due to the fact thst the National Grid is sometimes unstable, the hotel has three standby high voltage generators that switches power almost instantly. The quick break in electricity normally is the time it takes to switch over from the national power supply to our generators. I recalled you contacted the front desk regarding your water heater. An housekeeper was sent to your room and she found out that the switch for the water heater was turned off from the wall. On the other hand, we are known for giving all our guests equal treatment; it is just somewhat unfortunate that you experienced a different treatment, which we are so sorry about.
