Está frente al Mt Fuji. Eso es lo mejor, y que el autobús llega justo ahí. Pésimo servicio del personal. no me avisaron que el día siguiente de mi estancia estaría TODO cerrado. Terrible.!

The hotel had an amazing view from the room and the restaurant. The staff was really nice and looking to help you. The room included a massage chair, massage shower and a mist sauna in the bathroom.

It's a very nice hotel, with great a great view of mt Fuji from our room. It has many facilities and gave us entrances for the amusement park, onsen, museum and restaurants. One note: it has a free shuttle from and to trains stations. We didn't knew and walked. People at the front desk doesn't speak too good english. We loved our time there

A/C did not work, we had to sleep with the window open for 2 days. Dehumidifier did not work, could not turn it on. Pillow was uncomfortable, like sleeping on a sheet of paper.

The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not explained anywhere on the website, and we finally had to opt for a taxi (which was still difficult to get). There was actually a shuttle bus running for easy access, but we had no way to know that. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and modern. Great amenities, including onsen on site. Very convenient location next to the bus terminal, and a free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station. Also free access to the amusement park and a discounted day pass for the rides added to the value. The reason I gave 4 stars is the buffet breakfast. It was catering more to Chinese patrons, rather than Western, and had less Japanese options that I'd definitely preferred traveling in Japan.

This hotel is next to the Fuji-Q amusement park. If you get the particular room you can see Mount Fuji. Lots of additional amenities for those up on the higher floors.

Our room is great with panorama Fuji view. Staff are all very nice with a great service mind. Huge selection of reakfast buffet. You can see a big Fuji at the breakfast restaurant. Very close to Fuji Q amusement park but not so convenience to go to Fuji sightseeing areas as it's quite far. Overall recommended!

Hotel provides a shuttle to many popular attractions in the area as well as the train station. It’s a blue shuttle if you are looking for it at the train station. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk if you choose to not use the shuttle. Convenient and super high tech shop in the hotel to purchase food, drinks and several souvenirs. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our travels in Japan. Such an incredible variety. Hotel rooms included slippers and pajamas. Hotel included visits to the onsen which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. Super helpful and understanding staff!

Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, rooms are brilliant. The hotel has free shuttle bus to Mt.Fuji to kawaguchigo station. Overall is very good compare to price.

Thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair overlooking the majestic view of Mount Fuji. Food options were good on site. Staff was super helpful with getting discounted tickets and early. entrance for the kids to Fuji Q. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with a lot of amenties for those staying on the executive floor. My wife and I did the roof top terrace as well as the massages. The only bad part about this hotel is the bed and the pillows. The bed is somehow harder than the floor and the pillow is flatter than a pancake and also somehow harder than the floor. Other than that 10/10!

お部屋からの富士山の眺めは最高でしたが、 洗顔、メイク落とし、化粧水などのアメニティがないのにびっくりしました。しかも泊まったのはジュニアスイートでした。美顔器のナノケアとかはあるのに、基礎な部分が色々足りなかったです。そこが残念でした。 今は、都内のホテルどこでもあります。

Everything is great!
This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with stunning views of Mount Fuji, and you won't want to miss dining here. I will certainly stay here during my next visit.

The Mt Fuji view from the 11th floor was exceptional (we were both lucky and unlucky with the weather so got to see it). The hotel staff were lovely and helpful at all times. The room was wonderful, comfy beds and loads of amenities. We loved the Sky Garden visit to get an uninterrupted view of Mt Fuji. We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious with some really great quality foods. I am vegetarian and had loads of options, and with protein too!! The food at the Macaroni Club was great too with some good vegetarian options.
