Me gustó mucho la ubicación, todo está súper cerca, restaurantes, supermercado, gasolinera, carretera y lo mejor el estacionamiento ahí mismo súper fácil ! La persona que atiende la cafetería en el desayuno es una bella persona y el personal en general muy agradable y atento. Todo luce muy bien, los cuartos amplios. El café con cremas, muy bueno por cierto que está a disposición en la cafetería y ese detalle me encantó . Y lo mejor fue que pagué la mitad de lo que suelo pagar… realmente superó mis expectativas! Muchísimas gracias⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍

The breakfast was really good! The room is confortable, but the black out did not work, and the bath tube was always with water in the floor, even when I arrived or the next day after the room cleaning rutine, it was disgosting

Hotel amplio y cómodo
Ideal para familias. Habitación básica pero amplia. Dos camas Queen, buen colchón. Sabanas excelentes. Mobiliario mantenido. Buen aire. Desayuno muy básico ( Bien para no mas de dos días ). Buena ubicación cerca de la Gasolinera Guagua.! Fui solo pero lo recomiendo para familias. Este hotel superó mis expectativas.

Older property. Rooms were clean - very basis. One piece of art on the wall. The breakfast wasn’t good. The room still has the old AC unit in the wall. It did have a ceiling fan.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years when visiting my daughter at school. Every time I have stayed, the staff is very helpful, the hotel is very clean and the rooms/bed are very comfortable. Texas Roadhouse is across the street and very good. I love staying here and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Everything was great customer service was fantastic, it was unbelievable. They understood everything and they seem to get everything I needed and help me with everything even with my reservations. It was very helpful place to stay very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely come back here again and it’ll be soon.

It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .

I've stayed here about 3 times already. This is one of my go-to's for when I go to my medical appointments in Gainesville. It's right off I-95; has restaurants and gas stations nearby. Convenient location, new, quiet and for the most, reasonable and affordable prices. Will continue staying there.

Front desk staff was rude. Didn’t have enough towels in our room (only wanted one for each person) was told no and they didn’t have any, but there was coin laundry available if I wanted to pay to wash the towels we did have so all of us could shower. I asked if we could have a towel in the morning and the front desk handed out some major attitude and snide remarks. Room was not very clean.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, will definitely going to talk housekeeping and staff about making sure that all the linen is beeing washed and folded and the cleanliness of the rooms.

We stayed here in 2022 when visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in this time was way less impressive. The bathtub was peeling and gross, and you could tell the room just hadn’t been well maintained. Also 3 days in a row I had to ask for more towels because the cleaning crew would pick up our towels but not leave more so we constantly had 1 towel for 3 people. Staff are still great and helpful though!

Great area walkable to a shopping/dining complex called Celebration Point. Hotel is refurbished and very comfortable. Room had a mini Keurig with a few k cups. Mini bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, Belgian waffle maker, various breads and cereals. Nice pool area. Restaurant in hotel was closed down.
