Don’t understand the note about “it is far from town , so pack accordingly” ! From this lakeside cottage it is about a 10 to 12 minute drive into downtown Galena The Cottage is located in the heart of The Eagle Ridge Resort / Galena Territories area with an unmatched private lake view setting.

Thnx for another repeat stay and for informing us about the shower handle and the mattress . We have repaired the shower handle and have replaced the master bedroom mattress with a new high quality king mattress just this week .

Thnx for your stay and review. Sorry about the hot tub temp given the sub zero weather we experienced before and during your stay. In the future we will try to set the water temp higher, further in advance when such rare weather .

Sorry about the kitchen faucet. We’ll get it checked out. We do not advertise this property to be handicap accessible , neither own our own web site or on VRBO. ( Although technically not handicap accessible , there are only 2 small steps to get into the main level of the cottage from the paved front walkway , then only 2 small steps to get onto the rear deck areas overlooking the lake . Also the main level bedroom bath includes a walk-in shower . )

Thnx for your stay . Very surprised regarding your note about “ motor noise ; not boat noise” as we have never had a complaint , issue or comment regarding such. The property generally offers a quite and peaceful setting as per previous reviews,. The property is on what is typically a very quite dead end street . Maybe there was an exception with a neighbor event or construction project. ( We do provide outdoor speakers on the rear deck over looking the lake that are tied into into the cottage music system . )

Sorry about the coffee maker and thnx for letting us know about it. We have replaced it with a new one. ( We always keep extras in the locked linen closet but only know when to replace them when guests inform us of so.). We provide ice trays in the freezer and no automatic ice maker. Thnx for your stay and favorable feed back. All access onto the water for all properties within the resort must go thru our private resort marina which is within a short 5 minute drive from our lakeside cottage ; even though our cottage sets within 200 feet of water’s edge. Access to the marina is included with staying at our property and the marina offers boat rentals ( canoes , kayaks, small fishing and pontoon boats), dock access , picnic facilities , etc. Our cottage offers an unmatched private and pristine lake view setting.
