We spent the whole day on the town and used the hotel only to spend the nights, it worked. Check in was very disappointing. I took the option to pay when i checked in; however, i received a text the checking day morning saying i had to complete the payment before noon to warranty the reservation. I called and the saw i had to pay when i check in so the operator confirmed my reservation was secure. I arrived to the hotel at 12:30 and asked to pay the room and the person in the front desk told me my reservation was secure and I had to pay after 4pm, the check in time. I went to the beach with my family and returned at 6:30pm and the same person in the front desk told me i had to call expedia for them to find another hotel for me because they were oversold and had no rooms available for me. I explained to her that i wasn't going to call because i wasn't going to solve their problems. I wasn't going anywhere until they solve the problem. If someone had to call expedia they were the ones, not me. They confirmed 3 times to me my reservation was secure. So i stayed there and they "found" a room available for me in less than 5 min. So, what is the point? They told me they had no rooms but they had. I appreciate they decided to give me that room they denied 5 minutes before but i consider the worst possible service sending the client at 7pm in high season to go around and find a hotel or call someone else to do it. Very disappointing service.

Pues lo bonitones la vista al mar, el parqueadero a un lado. No me gusta que tienes que hablar para que limpien ...en México...el servicio de limpieza lo hacen sin que hables y es todos los dias. No me gustó que se me olvidaron unas cosas ahi. Hable para preg que esten ahi y ya no habia nada

This is a very nice modern hotel, we had a large room on the side of the hotel with a balcony and sea view. Breakfast was good with a large dinning area. There is a multistore car park at the rear of the hotel for a charge which I believe was around $20? The hotel is in a great sea front location with some nice bars either side of the hotel. I would recommend the Brick House Tavern. My only disappointment with the hotel is that weren't able to check in until 16.30 and this was the beginning of April when the hotel was not particularly busy, however I would still recommend and I would return.

The property was exactly what was needed. Quick stay for a wedding. Morning breakfast was good. Room was clean. The only issue was that the mini fridge leaked water all over the floor everyday. Front office staff was awesome. So helpful and nice. Shout out to Okeema (front desk) who helped me out with the front office computer bc my phone broke. She was so helpful and was an angel in my time of need.

The room has ample space to store luggage and personal belongings. There are plenty electrical sockets to accommodate personal electrical appliances. Shower room and bathroom are clean. However the showerhead is fixed and can not be removed as handheld, which is needed sometimes. The bed mattress was not firm. It was too soft and I woke up with backache. There were flies in the breakfast area. The luggage cart was small, not enough to carry luggages and personal belongings for two people. We could not find two carts. The parking lot arrangement is a building away, very inconvenient. The staff was friendly.

Hotel very nice and clean but they won’t hold all your luggage if you get there early, only 1 piece per person. So most had to walk around with their bags for 3 hours and some of the backpacks were heavy. They could have easily put them on top of the luggage they were holding but said that’s their policy because the room is small. You can leave in an unsecured room otherwise at your own risk.

Inside was getting a deep cleaning and a coat of paint while we were there (work crew was very nice and respectful). Staff was friendly. View from 5th floor was awesome. Air conditioner in room was very loud.

À l’arrivée notre chambre n’était pas prête donc ils n’ont pu nous accommoder pour nos valises, par contre d’autre clients sont arrivé après nous et eux ont pu être accommoder pour leur valise (pour des mêmes valises que nous) nous avons retourner à la réception pour finalement nous accommoder. Celle à l’accueil n’avait pas l’air à aimer son travail, aucun sourire. Nous avons attendu jusqu’à 16:00 pour finalement nous dire que notre chambre n’était toujours pas prête. La folie à la réception, aucune organisation, plusieurs personne comme nous était dans cette situation. Nous avons reçu notre chambre 16:30 une chambre avec accommodation pour personne avec besoin physique. Point positif: bien situé, belle endroit pour la marche.
