Dirty room
Went to check in at 6:30 pm and the office was already closed. Keys were in a mailbox outside the door. I locked the room and the room had clearly been used and not cleaned. Beds were unmade, there was a til for the cleaning staff still on the counter. Requested to cancel, but never heard back. They charge my credit card anyways.

Hi, our office closes at 6pm in our winter season. I am so sorry for you to walk into a dirty room, no one wants that. We did cancel that reservation and gave a 100% refund to you after talking with the third party affiliate. We will be sure to not let a dirty room get passed us again. I am very disappointed with Hotels.com and the hotel. I tried my best to cancel this three days in advance which the website said that I could I was charged anyway, your computer made a mistake on the dates and put January instead of July. I will not use you again, nor will I use that hotel.

Room was OK, but no microwave in a town where everything was shut down for the winter. Hotel offers a "continental" breakfast... hah! 3 stale store bought pastries, cut in half, 1 microwaveable oatmeal package, 2 single serving cereals, tiny coffee cups with no lids, soured creamer.. no, just, no! Never again. You can't check in until 4pm and office is closed to then so no chance of early check in. Check out at 10am... so I'm paying for a room that I can only use for 16 hours during an overnight stay. No closet, just a rack on wall by bed with 3 hangers. Nope nope nope.

Hi! Thanks for staying with us! Sorry our free breakfast disappointed you :/. We do not advertise a closet or early check-ins, however if you arrive while our office is closed there is a number posted on the door to call that would allow us to know you're here and potentially let us get you into your room early.

10월초에 1박했어요. 일단 최근 건축해서 건물전체가 깨끗해요. 침구상태가 너무 좋고 침대도 아주 좋았습니다. 옐로스톤 북쪽에 둘러보고 숙박하기엔 가성비가 너무 좋은 호텔이라 생각됩니다. 직원분이 한국어하셔서 진짜 놀랐는데 좀 당황해서 인사도 못하고 체크아웃했어요..ㅎ

We had a nice room with a view of the mountains to the west. Elk walked through the property during the evening, which was an added bonus. Nice, simple breakfast in the morning was great. Large, clean room and comfy bed. Perfect for our visit

Everything was clean and nice. It was a little tricky to find using GPS, so you might want to get written directions before you go. It isn't hard to find, but the location on GPS was wrong.

The mattresses were extremely well used. Our heads felt lower than our legs. When one of us were in the bed it was somewhat ok. When the other person entered the bed we sunk in the middle of the bed. Three were three queens and no one had a good mattress. It needed a good dusting, there were several spider webs. Otherwise it was a nice cabin and we would come back but only if it had new mattresses.

Hi Angie, thanks for the feedback. I admit, this is the first time I'm hearing that someone didn't like the mattresses, as that is usually the top compliment we get when folks are checking out. Regardless, we'll definitely take a look and see what the situation is.

There is only coffee ,cereal cups and Croissants for breakfast. When we arrived there were only a few small croissants left and there were 5 people need to have breakfast. The microwave is only in the reception which is separated from the accommodation . There are about one hundred meters between them, and there is an unfinished road in the middle. It is difficult to climb up and walk.

The property is brand new and the rooms were very spacious compared to other hotels, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because you don’t get housekeeping services during your stay unless requested and for two days in a row we were told by the breakfast attendants that there was no sugar. We had to go to the front office, which is a block away on our second day and get sugar for our coffees. Something this simple shouldn’t be overlooked.

Our room was quite and clean but parking was a problem. The property was sold out every night we were there (7) they just don't have enough parking places. Also the parking spots were small so one night a large SUV took 2 parking spots because they didn't want anyone close to them. Also the ice machine was out of order the whole time we were there. They had another ice machine in the office but you had to drive around the block to get there.

Hi Richard, we do have a parking spot for every room, but unfortunately some guest bring multiple cars, or as you said one car was taking up multiple spaces. We are currently looking for solutions to this problem. We did have a problem with the ice machine and needed to wait for a part to be shipped to us. In light of that, we do offer to bring ice to guest rooms personally. Thanks for the feedback, and we'll see you next time.
