Quality hotel. Two problems that i accounted. Bed was uncomfortable, and dinner menu was short of Polish dishes.

Både bra och dålig recension
Resa i samband med 60 års firande. Pampig byggnad med anor och historia. I viss mån nedgånget. Städningen hade varit mer att önska av. Jag möttes en morgon av en otroligt smutsig toalett i spa området. Just där var det i princip alltid ofräscht, dock inte i bassängdelen. Härlig pool att simma i med utsikt mot havet. Ingen stor och egentlig spa del men fullt tillräcklig för mig. Vi gjorde behandlingar hos den externa salongen vilka var bra, hade önskat mer engagemang hos terapeuterna men tjejerna var gulliga. Bra priser. Vi upplevde ojämn servicenivå bland personalen, en del väldigt serviceminded en del lite snorkiga. Den äldre mannen i matsalen var väldigt charmerande och passade in i miljön. Vacker matsal och fantastisk frukost. Den middag vi hade i halvpensionen var inte bra tyckte vi men bra service. Ät inte för sent om ni vill ha en skön stämning för då är det rörigt med folk hit och dit och störning från baren där pianounderhållningen höll för hög ljudnivå. Vi hade fantastiskt väder i september och njöt av vacker hotell park och den otroligt nära beachen med strandpar. Bra solsängar. Dyra priser i parkserveringen men gudomlig plats att inta lunchen på. Enligt oss så förvänta er inte 5 stjärniga standard som i Sverige. Förmodligen annan klassificering. Jag bor ofta på Grand hotell i Stockholm så jag vet. Sängarna magiska och utsikten mot havet fantastisk. Städningen av rummet upplevde vi sådär och snälla ställ dit några vinglas! Duschen i badkaret trasig.

Great place to stay in Sopot
Family vacation, great location near the beach, we keep coming back. Hotel is a bit old but the service, food and place is great, including a separate beach lunch place, sun beds and great food.

Perfektes 5 Sterne Haus direkt am Strand und mitten im Herz von Sopot. Tolle Zimmer, tolles Frühstück aber das wirkliche Highlight ist das Haus an sich. Wunderschön.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential
Service und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Leider hatten wir nur eine Badewanne mit einem sehr hohen Einstieg, nicht für ältere Gäste geeignet. Die Brausestange war sehr niedrig, somit kein freihändiges Duschen bei 180 cm Größe möglich. Wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer und keine am Bett. Die vorhandenen Steckdosen waren versteckt und von einfacher Qualität.
