Perfect location to the beach .
Very good location , when coming out of hotel , you see the beach , so it’s just a mins walk . Very good service from reception , did not try the breakfast , next time I will certainly try . Water cooker in the room , but with just 4 teabags ( we stayed 3 nights) , perfect if there were a bar or restaurant in the hotel premises , we had to go looking for a restaurant, there are a few within walking distance . A local grocery store right across the street ( SKELP) in yellow signboard , selling everything from liquor to oranges and everything in between , so no need to walk 10 mins to the nearest ZABKA ( like 7-11 stores) .4 floor with no lift . BTW there is a machine for coffee and sandwiches and micro food , and drinks so it’s very convenient if guest are arriving late at night ….. Hope this helps those who are thinking of booking this hotel . The pros and cons , but as a whole it was a very pleasant experience and I can really recommend this hotel .

The place is rundown and the ownership does not seem to care. The locks on the room doors were poor and the bed was bad as well as the pillows. There was no soap. Very bad sound proofing.

Hotellet är i dåligt skick och i behov av renovering. Rummen är slitna, trasiga persienner och trasigt kakel i badrummet. Överlag rätt tråkig inredning. Frukosten kändes ofräsch med t.ex. äggröra som serveras i en plastbunk. Bra läge nära till havet, tillgång till parkering och trevlig personal.

Blisko plaży, bardzo stary obiekt
Obiekt położony tuż obok plaży. Miły recepcjonista. Nic poza tym, pokój na 3 piętrze- brak windy. Pokój niewielki, łóżko zapadnięte. Bardzo zużyty hotel, wszystko raczej zaniedbane i starsze. Bardzo niskie poręcze na balkonie i ruchome. Naprawdę jestem zaskoczony, że w takim stanie w Sopocie może funkcjonować hotel. Ceny stosunkowo niskie. Można spędzić tam tydzień albo 2 dni, po prostu jest to hotel dla osób nie wymagajacych jakichkolwiek udogodnień. Niestety w Domu Pielgrzyma spałem w lepszych warunkach.

The hotel is simple, but it has everything that is necessary. It is close to the sea beach and walking area. Breakfast is good with a great choice of dishes. However, the hotel's facade needs renovation.

Dette er ikke noe hotell, men et overnattingsplass. Der er ingen form for ventalasjon på rom eller bad. Teppa på rommene er skitten å gud vite hva som skjuler seg i dem. Uteområdet såg mer ut som en byggeplass. Denne plassen annbefaler jeg ikke til noen!

Pobyt weekendowy.
Okolica super, natomiast hotel z pewnością pamięta lepsze czasy. Wszystko, włącznie z meblami i brodzikiem, powinno być wymienione. W oknach tylko żaluzje, bez firan czy zasłon. Na plus czystość, świeże i czyściutkie ręczniki, zestaw do kawy i herbaty, woda i jabłka. Śniadanie w normie, obsługa w porządku. W sumie niestety cena nieadekwatna do jakości.

Due passi dal mare. Tutto semplice ma sufficiente. La colazione molto ricca. Pulito anche se usurato. Camera con frigo e l’angolo acqua/caffè/the. Freddo in camera. Il riscaldamento funzionava solo di notte. La reception all’intervento mi ha risposto che la caldaia si accendeva alle 21 ma di fatto più tardi. Considerando che stiamo in Polonia... Se ci si va solo per dormire forse è sufficiente ma se ci si va anche per lavorare non tanto.

Bra läge, boendet katastrof.
Läget är perfekt, fem minuter till stranden. Hotellets skick en katastrof. Väldigt dyrt boende med tanke på vad man får. Förmodligen läget dom rider på för att kunna ta betalt därefter. Frukosten var inget att jubla för heller. Vissa ting tig slut.

nicht zu empfehlen
das schlechteste Hotel, dass ich seit Jahren hatte. Man kann ja über vieles geteilter Meinung sein, aber wenn es 2 Tage kein!!! warmes Wasser gibt, ist das nicht hinnehmbar. Das gesamt Hotel benötigt eine komplette Renovierung und sollte nicht mehr angeboten werden

Jak nie szukasz luksusu bedziesz zadowolony.
Obiekt już trochę wyeksploatowany ,ale nadrabia obsługa,czystością ,smacznymi śniadaniami i dobrą ceną.Blisko Ergo Arena.Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie z pobytu.Jak ktoś szuka luksusu niech poszuka coś innego.

Nice, relaxing stay in Sopot.
Lots of vacationing middle-class, working families with kids enjoying the Baltic seaside. It's not the Marriott and is on the "used" side but excellent for the price. Wifi was good! No qualms about a return stay.

Disappointing
No elevator. No handicap access. Accommodation is outdated and old-fashioned. Decor very old. Location far from center, action, train station. Premises in need of renovations e.g. paint peeling outside building, concrete cracked, lack of landscaping. Keys-only one per room and metal key on keychain. Doors thin. Could hear guests in hallway at night talking and opening their doors with the key. Receptionist-unhelpful, did not offer any advice, she ignored us upon arrival while talking on the telephone. Room-lights dim, window handle missing, no telephone, no hair dryer or iron (need to ask at reception or will not have), no toiletries other than soap. While it was nice to have a beach close by, it was not the main part of Sopot and a very long walk to get to the center e.g. restaurants, cafes, pier, main pedestrian street. There was a lack of places around to eat and transportation to center was lacking and unclear. Having no elevator was a major issue as had persons who had trouble walking and this was not clear on the website when made the reservations. Accommodation felt more like a student hostel than a hotel. This should be clear when booking a reservation in particular for foreigners, as we were disappointed when we saw substandard conditions.

Web arrived 19.30 but our room was not ready. We got a dinner to compensate. Web stayed 3 nights and the didn't cleaned our rom under our stay. The service was bad but the breakfast was good.

Hotel ma swoja świetność za sobą, wymaga remontu, łazienka slabiutka. Ale wszystko wynagradza lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania, jabłka i cena.

Ośrodek położony blisko morza. Bardzo miła obsługa. Smaczne śniadania ... i jabłka :) Atrakcyjna cena. Bezpłatny parking. Czysto, ale przydałby się remont. Bardzo duży plus dla hotelu za anulowanie bezzwrotneej oferty gdy pomyliłam daty i możliwość zrobienia nowej rezerwacji we właściwym terminie (hotel nie musiał się zgadzać na anulowaie rezerwacji)
