Aunque el hotel estaba parcialmente vacío nunca nos hicieron el upgrade de habitación. Tampoco nos dieron la botella de vino. Y lo peor de todo es que no hicieron la limpieza. Cuando regresamos de pasear, el cuarto estaba como lo dejamos antes de salir. Si entraron a la habitación pues dejaron unos chocolates, pero no tendieron las camas, ni limpiaron el baño. Muy mal. No regresaría nunca más. No lo recomiendo.

Está muy cerca del Jet d’eau, así como de la estación de bis y de la del tren. Hemos podido hacer todo a pie. Tienen un restaurante donde sirven una fondue muy buena.

La experiencia en general buena, el restaurante muy bien. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y mantienen una moqueta que nos ha dado alergía a la casi todos. Al entrar a las habitaciones no parabamos de estornudar.

El hotel es lindo, super acogedor, el único inconveniente es que a la hora de almuerzo y cena hay un olor super fuerte de queso en todo el hotel, ya que el restaurant está al lado. Ya resulta desagradable. Sugiero poner algo que extraiga el olor del hotel.

El hotel esta a 2 cuadras del lago(bien ubicado),pero la zona No es muy agradable y no muy familiar. El hotel se ve viejo y la habitacion aunque no se ve sucia tiene mal olor.

Charming Swiss vibe close to everything in the city. Loved the authentic fondue experience at the restaurant. Train station is a 10minute walk.

The upgrade to the larger suite was lovely, plus birthday surprises as well. The dinner in the restuarant was superb, and everyone should do the fonsue cooking lesson, so much fun and cheese.

Room was clean and inviting. Linens in excellent condition. Water and chocolates placed in side table for us. Sofa bed was made up, ready to use which was very much appreciated. Would recommend hotel.
