Hermosa ciudad, se puede visitar caminando desde el hotel. No me ayudo el clima, pero lo aproveche muy bien!!

Hotel excelente, muy bien situado
HOtel estupendo, muy bien situado, cerca de la zona antigua de Ginebra. Los baños son algo pequeños pero estan renovados y muy bien acondicionados. El personal muy amable. EL precio es bueno para la ciudad y la ubicación. El desayuno no vale la pena pagarlo, hay muchos bares alrededor para desayunar y el del hotel es caro para lo que te dan.

Staff was great! They offered lots of nice little touches and had lits of useful information. Even gave us a map for sight seeing!

The way to one of the elevator is not steps free. While I was carrying 2 luggages and my kid, the guy who was guiding us to our room just watched my struggle with the steps.

Great short break in this lovely hotel
We had a great 4 nights at this friendly hotel. The location is perfect in the city centre. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel but the transport system is also amazing. The hotel was exceptionally clean & our room was serviced every day to the highest standard. My only disappointment was the room that we had up in the roof, not what I expected from the photos of a classic room on the website. As I said, it was very clean, just not what I thought it would be. The staff were always available and very helpful. I would stay here again if I returned to Geneva.

I will return. Room small (though my choice) and dark. Early check in was brilliant and welcomed. Great location (will explore more next time). Restaurant was fully booked for private dinner when I wanted to eat, but looked reasonable albeit with a slim menu, though plenty of options nearby. Quaint, old-world feel but friendly staff who are aware of some frustrations about the timely return of deposits.

It was a nice stay, we didn't stay for too long, just one night. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful, place is very clean and neat, location is perfect.

Schönes Hotel, an guter Lage
Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wellness Bereich ist eher mässig, ein Ruhe Bereich fehlt, und Düfte für Sauna Aufguss, es riecht dort alles sehr feucht. Die Duschbrause sollte dringend wieder mal gereinigt werden

The hotel is great itself but some surrounding areas feel very unsafe I certainly would t walk out with an expensive watch on in the area to the left of the hotel lots of young gangs

Well located for exploring gorgeous Geneva for 3 day/ 2 nite stay. Many fun / good local spots nearby. Be sure to ask for Geneva pass at desk, ( had to ask🙄during not so helpful checkin) free transportation via teams/ fun boats etc. Several steps up down to drag luggage to stairs or tiny elevator ( no offers to help). Easy storage before checkin & after check out. Some carpets need cleaning!!! Appreciated comp water in room..and one tiny chocolate ( there were 2 of us). Do as much along river as possible & Old Town ( all within walking distance for us..big walkers..but trams & boats ez also!

What really distinguishes this hotel is its staff. Everyone we’ve encountered during our stay was knowledgeable and attentive. The breakfast is also a must. My kids loved saying that they were having “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”
