Hotel perfecto cuando tienes que permanecer cerca del aeropuerto. Se puede ir a pie pero como llovía cogimos el bus 5 que solo tarda dos paradas. Además te dan la tarjeta de transporte público con lo que el desplazamiento ida y vuelta el día de tu estancia te sale "gratis". El hotel estupendo, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. Desayuno variado y bueno.

Very hard to access
It took a lot to get into the hotel: 1) Ibis hotel around the airport does not appear in GPS (I recommend to include it) 2) When I got around the hotel, I couldn´t find the entrance (as well as other guests going around the building for a lot of time). We went around the hotel building several times. There is a construction in process around and there was NO SIGN to guide guests to the hotel entrance. 3) The hotel hosts were not very helpful in giving us with information about the area and the way things work around: for example, they couldn´t tell us where or how to return the car (rented), or how can we get to the airport, besides public transportation. Probably this is not their job, but they had no interest in helping us besides hotel and room information, which is very weird for hotel services (normally they are very kind and try to help to guide guests, who normally don´t know the way things work in a certain place, especially if visiting for the first time). 4) The hotel doesn´t have a parking, so I had to pay like $25 to park just for the night. 5) Our reservation price included breakfast, but it was impossible to take, because it´s not open very early. I must say that hotel room was very good, but service and quality is more than that. Thank you very much.

Aufenthalt im Durchschnitt befriedigend-gut
Der Aufenthalt war im Durchschnitt befriedigend-gut. - Am schlechtesten in Erinnerung bleibt die absolut ungenügende Signalisation, wenn man vom Bahnhof SBB zum Hotel gehen will. Zudem ist es um 21 Uhr anfangs Januar so dunkel, dass der Fussweg zB Frauen nicht zugemutet werden kann. Im Lift seitwärts am Palexpo, der zum Hotelzugang führt, war alles dunkel und unheimlich. - Die Zimmeinrichtung war zweckmässig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach knapp einem 3*-Sternstandard.

I found the receptionist woman to be cold and unfriendly. Also, when she asked me to pay the city tax she did not mention the free transport ticket all visitors to Geneva get when checking into a hotel. This is supposed to be mandatory per city rules to inform guests of this benefit. She was dismissive and rude, hardly looked up at me. Even when I was very friendly and smiling at her.

The hotel was great, rooms was clean and very comfortable. Shower was super good! Parking is at the convention center, so there were plenty of spots. I was able to walk to the airport - 10 min walking in a straight path from hotel to airport lobby with smooth floor, which made easy to roll the luggage. Public transportation is also available in front of hotel.

Excellent hotel
Amazing stay - super clean and comfortable hotel. Updated bathroom with a good shower and amenities. Very comfortable stay, good safe location of the property - near to bus, airport (10min walk) and restaurants. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

구글 지도가 길 잘못알려줌;;
그냥 팔렉스포 역에서 내려서 걸어가면 됩니다. 밤에 도착했는데 구글지도가 이상한 길 알려줘서 한참헤맴 ㅠㅠ. 생수 비싼거 빼고 다 만족. 조식도 괜찮고 밤에 파스타나 피자 같은 것도 파는데 나쁘지 않습니다.

Very handy hotel with easy access to airport &city
Handy location, an easy 10 minute walk from the airport or even easier on the regular buses (bus 5) from right outside the airport to right outside the hotel. All Geneva hotels will email you a free city wide transport pass (worth 10CHF a day) on check in which means you can use the bus from outside the hotel to the city centre/airport for free, or the regular trains from the airport station a few mins walk away too. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are quiet, modern and comfortable with a nice lounge/bar area too. There is a supermarket open late in the airport station a few mins walk away too along with cafes, shops and restaurants. Very handy hotel for a stay before a flight or for the city as it's only 15 mins on the free bus to/from the city! I'll be back no doubt!

It is very difficult to find the property from the Geneva airport. The directions for walking from the airport were very difficult. Finding the No. 5 bus was not easy either, but the bus was fine once we found it. I would not advise having people walk unless there is a safer and more clearly marked and lit path for pedestrians.
