Excelente ubicacion
Muy buena habitación aunque un poco pequeña, pero con suficiente espacio. Buen wifi y desayuno aceptable. Muy buen servicio de cafe en el lobby. La ubicación es ideal para hacer compras y turismo y muy cerca de la estación Cornavin.

El hotel es muy bueno. Algo pequeño pero estaba bien para el tiempo que estuvimos en Ginebra. La atención es buena. El desayuno estuvo bien. La habitación excelente, Lo único es que no hay tetera en la habitación. El baño al parecer recién reformado.

Excelente opción cerca de la estación
Excelente hotel a 5 minutos andando de la estación de tren (7 minutos al aeropuerto). Habitación en excelente estado, baño grande, ducha con mampara muy amplia. El único punto negativo (como en todos los Ibis): la falta de amenities en el baño. Desayuno correcto, con productos de calidad. Está situado en una calle muy tranquila.

Pleasant stay. Room is clean and newly renovated. Staff is friendly. Many personal thanks to Sonise, who resolved some issues with my check-in quickly and professionally. Please keep in mind, that afterhours nobody is on reception, and entrance door is locked, so please pay attention to access code, which they email you with booking confirmation.

Bad service
I arrived to the train station with my bags. I walked all the way to the hotel. Front door was locked. I called the mumber on the door to check in but no one answered. I walked all the way to the other location to check in and then walked back (again with bags). When I told the guy who checked me and I showed him the (many) emails I received from property with none mentioning about check in, he said: “we can’t control the website”. And they require you send your passport by email prior to arrival which is completely unsafe to do.

Room ventilation not good. Check out time at 10am seems a bit early based on my experience with other hotel stay. The hotel use access code instead of a room card. Not my type. General feeling is I expect a better management by Mont Blanc. The good thing is this hotel is near to the Geneva Station. Good for you in case you need catch a train in the morning.

close to Geneva train station, however very unusual reception arrangements for luggage deposit. i had to provide a time for them to collect my luggage. doesn’t make alot of sense since the reception states it’s open between 9-6pm.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

No key cards, code entry was unique but overall convenient. Location was decent. Be warned, the amenties list parking when booking but in fact you have to park at a public garage and pay. The major disappointment was that we specifically chose the place because it offered air conditioning, however when we arrived they didnt tell us it was broken. When we inquired, we were told it would be fixed but it wasnt, and the after hours agent on the phome was not helpful and never followed up.

I had a lot of problem with the code to the door. At the evening there was no receptionist so I was afried to leave the hotel and not to be able to return to my room Another thing is the cleaning. The didn’t clean the room during my stay. I had to beg in order to receive at least clean and dry towels.
