Muy lindo hotel, entorno precioso, personal muy amable. Desayuno muy bueno. La playa es sucia y con muchas piedras como todo gili. Salir para la derecha del hotel tiene playas más limpias.

Demasiada fiesta y un poco descuidado
Nosotros fuimos a Gili como parte de nuestro viaje de luna de miel. Reservamos este hotel porque en las opiniones vimos que estaba más céntrico que el Ombak sunset, que también está en la isla. Sin embargo, no nos gustó este hotel, estaba demasiado dentro del bullicio de la fiesta, muchos jóvenes con ganas de fiesta y la habitación no era nada del otro mundo. Pedimos que nos cambiaran la reserva al Ombak Sunset y lo hicieron sin problema. Al final estuvimos las 4 noches en el Ombak Sunset y fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar, emplazamiento maravilloso y a solo 10 minutos del centro en bici. Por cierto, el restaurante del Ombak Sunset era espectacular, la comida estaba riquísima, el servicio súper atento, las vistas espectaculares, la piscina muy tranquila y muy cuidado en general todo el hotel. Si preferís la experiencia de gili por las vistas, el descanso, etc. os recomendamos el Ombak Sunset en vez del Vila Ombak.

Vila Ombak
Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado. La suite muy grande y cómoda, con el baño en el exterior y con una pequeña piscina semi-privada, compartida con las suites adyacentes. El servicio fue muy atento. El buffet del desayuno está bien. El hotel está bien situado y dispone de tumbonas en la playa. Los contras: una de las noches hubo una fiesta que duró hasta el amanecer en uno de los bares cercanos, y eso nos impidió dormir bien (aparte de esto, el hotel es muy tranquilo, por lo menos cuando estuvimos nosotros en Octubre) Al hotel le vendría bien una remodelación.

We had to pay extra to upgrade but it was worth it... the place is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful view... the service is top notch. Pak rully the manager help us with renting the bike. Everything we need for is by walking distance. Definitely will be back in the future.

Good service, but the cleaning was missing
The service was good. Staff was friendly. However, the cleaning was not satisfying. The sheets were dirty and so was the floor in the room.

Staff were lovely food was great the gardens and grounds were beautiful. The rooms were clean but a little bit tired they are in the process of updating the rooms in particular the bathrooms. Overall we absolutely will stay there again

풀빌라로 업그레이드 및 이른 체크인으로 편하게 지내다 옴
10시30붐에 체크인 해주시고 방을 풀빌라로 업그레이드해주셔서 너무 잘 즐기다 왔습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 괜찮았어요 단 조식이 조금 부실했고 수영장 물이 깨끗해보이지는 않았습니다. 그것빼고는 다 만족했어요

Et dejligt hotel, der ligger godt på Gili T. Tæt ved stranden og byen. Der kan dig forekomme lidt larm fra nattelivet og de mange hestevogne, der kører forbi. Personalet på stedet var venlige. Maden var fin men lidt til den dyre side. Det mest irriterende var, at det var meget svært at få nok håndklæder. Både dem på hotelværelset og strand/pool håndklæder.

Un hotel qui va perdre son étoile
Déçu par cet hôtel qui paraissait prometteur. Un accueil en dessous de la moyenne ou on ne se sent ni attendu ni accueilli ce qui est rare en Indonésie. Avec un statut gold chez Expedia, il il y a une boisson de bienvenue, un surclassement proposé, et 100K IDR de cadeau au spa. On attend toujours et on as déjà eut du mal à a voir l'horaire du petit dejeuné. Le wifi passe très mal et est limité. La chambre traditionnelle est inconfortable et mériterais une sacrée rénovation. Globalement l'hôtel aurais besoin d'une sacré rénovation tellement tout est hors du temps. Les chambre traditionnelle sont compliqué avec WC et la douche en extérieur au rez-de-chaussée et chambre au 1er. Compliqué quand on dois descendre et sortir dehors en pleine nuit. Le pire reste la propreté des espaces communs comme la piscine et le restaurant ou tout est sale.. la piscine n'est pas filtrer. Des mouches mortes flottent. Le petit dejeuné est en mode débrouillé vous, aucun service, et si vous voulez un expresso c'est payant. C'est pas bon du tout, c'est sale... Au vue du petit dej, on as préféré les deux soirs ne faire que l'happy hours et déjeuner et dîner ailleurs dans l'hôtel juste à côté qui était parfait. Bref un hôtel qui n'en est bientôt plus en mode 4 étoiles. Je déconseillé pour plus de 2 nuits.

Overall a good place to stay although I felt disappointed that the two rooms I booked were in the furthered corner of the complex. They were also directly in front of a septic tank that was very smelly at times. Considering I booked approx back in February I feel we should have had better positioning of our rooms. Otherwise a nice stay.

Stayed in the traditional lumbung, which was great for the novelty, but wouldn't recommend for more than a couple of nights as the stairs to the outdoor bathroom are a bit precarious. The buffet breakfast is very average and not a lot of variety. Overall a good stay and the swim up pool bar is great!

We stayed at the Traditional Lumbung Hut and had an amazing experience.Clean, well maintained bedroom on the upper level and open air bathroom on the ground floor. Highly recommend to anyone looking for unique tropical vibes. Very kind and friendly staff.

One of the best hotels on Gili T.
The location is fabulous, the pool is beautiful (although we preferred to use the private beach) and the staff is very very helpful. We had a slight issue with our scooter rental and they went more than out of their way to solve our problem. Gili T. is a beautiful Island to relax for 2 - 3 days and Villa Ombak made it even better.

VIP억세스 라지만 아무런 혜택을 받지 못했다. 심지어 스파 10만크래딧도... 리셉션 직원은 친절하지만 그외에 직원들은.... 먼저 인사를 건내도 받아주지도 않는다.. 레스토랑에 가도 기본적인 셋팅을 해주지 않는다. 다들 일하기 귀찮아 하는거 같다. 샤워기가 너무 높이 있고 바닦이 매우 미끄럽다. 샤워실 사용하기에 매우 불편한 구조로 되어 있다. 침대는 넓고 편하며 방도 넓다. 에어컨은 추울정도로 잘나오고 와이파이가 가끔 끊긴다. TV는 6개 채널만 나오고.. dvd가 있지만 쓸수는 없었다.

모기만 많은 것 빼고는 좋아요
화장실이 진짜 너무 커서 당황스러웠지만 에어컨 진짜 빵빵해서 추웠어요 그리고 지네? 지렁이 같은 이상한 벌레가 자주 방에 들어오지만... 그래도 깔끔해요 근데 숲속이라 그런지 모기는 진짜 ....... 많다는 말이 지겨울정도로 너무많아요 그리고 조식 뷔페식인데 너무 훌륭해요!!

저렴한 가격에 룸컨디션 좋았어요
호텔 수영장도 너무 좋았고 룸컨디션도 최고였어요 제대로 힐링하고 감 다만 아쉬웠던 건, 호텔 레스토랑 bbq 가격이 호텔 내에는 150k 였는데 레스토랑에서 지불할 땐 225k라고 해서 조금 아쉬웠음. 그래도 좋았어요

Nice place :)
Nice hotel. Close to the pier (like 4 minutes walking). Nightlife is also close (but far away enough so you do not hear it from your room) Very nice pool area. There are two pool but just one is open (the biggest one close to the see is open). The other one they are redoing. I stayed here this time and also 7 years ago. Recommend. Nice omelette for breakfast. Not the newest hotel, but that have taken care of it.

初めてギリ島に来るなら、このホテルのロケーションはオススメです。街の中心部のレストランやアクティビティまで安全に徒歩で行かれますし、ホテルは中心部のようにうるさくありません。 ホテルの部屋は４タイプあり、私たちは５泊してそのうち3タイプに泊まりました。スーペリアも雰囲気があり良いのですが、千円程度しか変わらないデラックスルームは、重厚感もあり、広く、美しい庭の前で素晴らしい。次回もここをチョイスするでしょう。AKOYAヴィラは家族や特別な時にオススメですね、私たち夫婦のようにきがるな旅行者ならデラックスルームあたりで大満足します。ホテルの中にあるプールは静かに過ごすのに最高でした。この島は自転車を借りてしまえばどこにでも行けます。いろいろ移動するなら朝夕の涼しい時間に。特に雨季の熱い季節はプールなどでのんびりしてるのがいいですね。

中心部から近くて、落ち着いたホテルならここがベストな選択だと思います。滞在客も落ち着いた方が多く、美味しいレストランも徒歩圏内にたくさんあり、ホテル内の２つのプールと他のホテルより大きなお部屋（そして比較的リーズナブル）でゆっくり過ごせました。スタッフは一生懸命に日本語を話してくれとてもフレンドリー。この島の魅力はなんといっても美しい海、シュノーケリングは岸からちょっといけば、サンゴ礁が畑のように広がり、ホントに何百匹もの熱帯魚に囲まれ夢のよう！またこの島ではウミガメを保護にて育ててから放流しているため、北側（中心部から自転車で5〜10分）のビーチには腰くらいの水深の場所でふ
