Acepte nuestras más sinceras disculpas por las molestias y malestares que haya enfrentado.Hemos investigado el problema de la camisa sucia en la habitación y descubrimos que fue un error de nuestro personal de limpieza. Lo dejaron accidentalmente después de cambiar la ropa de cama. Los hemos vuelto a capacitar para garantizar que esto no vuelva a suceder. También hemos limpiado en profundidad la habitación y la alfombra para eliminar la suciedad y los pelos de perro.Somos conscientes del problema del olor a orina en algunas de las entradas. Esto se debe a algunos dueños de mascotas irresponsables que no limpian los excrementos de sus perros. Hemos instalado carteles para recordarles las normas y hemos aumentado la frecuencia de limpieza e higienización de los accesos. Esperamos que esto mejore la situación pronto.También estamos trabajando en mejorar el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones para reducir el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas. Entendemos lo importante que es contar con un ambiente tranquilo y pacífico para un buen descanso. Nos disculpamos por cualquier molestia que haya experimentado.

Thank you for staying with us. We do not go into guests rooms unless they are a longer stay. After day 3 upon request we go in and change out the trash and vacuum. Towels are readily available at front desk. We find on average after covid most people do not want housekeeping to go into their rooms, so mot hotels have gotten away from treating stays daily.

Hello, we can look into the issues you had and figure out what happened as this is not how the rooms are suppose to be when our guests check in. The connecting door locks from both sides, so nobody can walk into the others room. For future anytime there is ever an issue with your room please let us know right away so we can correct it or move you rooms.
