Muy bonito pero la persona que nos atendió en recepcion muy mal humorado llegue a medianoche por dificultades del camino y no estaba en su puesto cuando vino estaba de mal humor, sera que estaba dormido y lo desperte ya que llame a un numero que tenia en un papel no explico mucho acerca de el hotel y las habitaciones, volvi porque queria preguntar acerca del afua ocupaba botellones que en otros hoteles saben poner y no lleve mi monedero y le dije si podia cargarlo a mi cuenta y dijo que No que lo debia pagar ahora mismo luego estuvo llamando a la habitación y no conteste por como me trato.

Buenas instalaciones, limpias, muy mal servicio por parte del personal de recepción y restaurante, el desayuno lo ofrecen de 6:30 a 9:30 am, sin embargo a las 7:00 am aún no había comida caliente, le pregunté a la persona del restaurante y me contestó de muy mala manera, poco variado el desayuno, de calidad muy regular, el hombre que atendía la recepción, de muy mal carácter, me tocó esperar más de 20 minutos para hacer el check in, mientras regañaba a dos huéspedes que le solicitaron toallas y almohadas. Con la excusa del COVID 19, no arreglan las habitaciones, muy decepcionada de este hotel. No lo recomiendo.

Hotel limpio, bonita decoración , sencilla y moderna, el tapete de la habitación un poco sucio. Debido al COVID 19, no hay buen desayuno, lo cual no advierten al momento de reservar, lo que dan son unos muffins feos, duros, viejos, de mala calidad, es mejor que no ofrezcan desayuno debido a la situación actual

It’s an okay hotel, so do not expect top notch service from front desk or anyone at all. It’s cheaper than other hotels around Niagara Falls , it’s clean and the rooms are big. We stayed 5 people in the room. It’s around 15 min drive to Niagara Falls and every time u cross the bridge u have to pay 1.75 ( that’s the reason it’s cheaper then hotels at Niagara )
