Floor in room had water damage and wasn’t even - tripping hazard. Whole bathroom wasn’t clean. Bed was rock hard, had my 10 month old son and if there was available rooms at other hotels, I would have left in a heart beat!

I am disabled and this place was an injury waiting to happen. Lumps under the carpet makile walking around a tripping hazard. I cant believe this place passes inspection. I DID NOT STAY!!! And have been charged. I have disputed with Expedia and will be calling my bank to have them dispute it. I am also calling the State of Nebraska to report these conditions. And the better business bureau. After this experience I will NEVER again book with Expedia!!!

This hotel was run down. The furniture was dirty and very stained. The beds were very old. When we pulled the sheets off to check the mattress you could see the springs in the bed. Holes in the bathtub and lots of things broken. Metal around bathroom door was rusty, the paint was gone. Curtains were melted together.

Well worth the rate
Arrived late evening and the room had the heater on so within 30 minutes of AC on high or so it was cooled down and it was fine.

Horrible shape
No hot water, shower didnt work , the safety lock was busted off , floor was sticky so couldn’t walk around with no shoes, and there was something like toothpaste or whatever the door and mirror, towels were so small could of used them as hand towels and the towel rack was busted off yet you refused to refund my money

first you did come back on desk next day you stay whole night so then how you ask refund back next day you stay and use room and did all mess in there so

First room smelled horrendous of mold. The entrance from the outside had and inch of daylight shining in from the corner and bottom of the door. Male attendant was rude. Female attendant was very polite and helpful. Second room didnt have the potent smell. Before bed, a termite looking bug was found on the bed and one on the pillow.

This is not a 4 star motel, but the room was clean and provided the necessities. The bed was comfortable too. So if you want to conserve funds, this might be a choice. The staff was very accommodating.

The address is WRONG on their website is NOT the correct address! We ended up 15 miles away AT THAT address. Also, the sign for the hotel was gone so we didn't see it when coming off of the freeway. We had to CALL the hotel to get the right location! The staff/managers were excellent as we had trouble with the TV and then the the hot/cold water mixer in the shower went bad...I had to shower in the next hotel room.

Very unhappy
7.7out of 10 is NOT TRUE! I was a single woman traveling alone. It was frightening driving up to the hotel at dusk, potholes in parking lot, lots of gravel. When entering hotel I noticed a man sitting in lobby watching tv, went to checkin and the desk agent was unable to find my reservation (even though he had my ID). Offered to give him my confirmation number, he said no & kept asking for my name… even when he had my ID! I didn’t want to say my name because of the man sitting in the lobby. The carpets to 2nd floor are heavily worn/dirty. Floor in room sticky, low bed, sheets didn’t fit mattress, chips in toilet seat & lid. I slept with light on & woke up early (5:30) & got the heck out of there. Worst hotel stay ever. Unable to ‘checkout’. No one in the lobby or At front desk. Left keys in room. Noticed a basket in lobby for keys… I wouldn’t have left the keys there because someone could take the keys, with room number on the) & enter my room and trash it…. Which I would have been responsible for.

We don't mind older hotels if they are kept up. The bed was hard. Giving old people, who are 5ft8 and taller, below average height facilities (bed, sink, toilet, couch) just makes us cranky.

I booked 4 weeks ago then went to uk...when i flew back.i went to check in and my room was given to someone else.i had to pay 120 dollars more for another hotel.after travelling for 24 hours i was not pleased......i should be compensated in some way

you book 2 rooms and cancel by you and we was calling you for conforms to you never pick up phone or never call back... so was your miscommunication still we try to help you set up you some where but you not apricated

Staff was helpful enough but the room wasn't clean, the table and night stand were dirty, such as catsup on the top, the light over the sink barely worked, we had to use the bathroom light to see anything by the sink.

Older property that has potential, but obvious no one cares. Our room above front desk area reeked of smoke, the hot tube in our room was gross, couldn't use the chair or couch to sit on- you fell in. Continental breakfast had no protein, and our room refrigerator was turned off by maid service the 3rd night, so we lost our food. Front desk is NOT manned in the morning, so no way to get a receipt. DO NOT go to this hotel. Room looked nice until you actually tried to live there.

Descent but okay
Whole hotel could definitely be updated. Everything in the room is outdated and wouldn’t in the bestest shape. Bedsheets were a bit dirty and one hole was discovered. Some water found in the bathroom. Old tv still working but channel guide not accurate. So glad A/C and WiFi works. Super convenient off the highway and close to gas station. Would recommend if you are on a budget and wanted a hotel close to highway.
