I am so sorry to hear that you had an issue with your room type. Unfortunately, we do not have any handicap accessible rooms with two queen beds. The room you booked is the room you received. We do not physically have the room type that you described booking. I apologize for the misunderstanding. We hope you will come visit us again under better circumstances. Our condolences.

Im sorry to hear about your less than stellar experience. We are a non smoking hotel and have not had this complaint before. I am hoping someone just came in after smoking and that is what you encountered. We look forward to improving your outlook about us on your next trip.
