Love staying here! Only issue was that the blinds in the room were damaged amd could not be opened or closed. Looks like they were also ripped. Otherwise awesome exoerience again.

This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family.

Great location next to van andel. Good bars/restaurants on the street level. Room was half windows with great view of Grand Rapids. Many establishments in walking distance.

The hotel was in an area where you could walk to many museums, restaurants, or parks. The downside is that means it is loud at night. We were on the 4th floor and could hear people talking on the street and the traffic noise late into the night. There were many events going on at the center across from the hotel so the traffic at dinner time was insane.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and I loved the locked elevator and doors for added security.

The property is quite nice. Check in was a breeze. Parking onsite is $30 a night even though they own the parking garage. The room was pleasantly and surprisingly nice. I wasn't sure what to expect because I have had some doozies booking online. This one would go on the stay again list.

Beautiful rooms. The area has a lot of noise below even on the second floor. Parking was challenging with no valet & cost was $30 per day which was pricey.

We enjoyed our stay! One thing we were a little disappointed is that their breakfast wasn't that great compare to their name value. Other than this, the location, staffs, everything was great!

Our room was very clean and we were on the third floor and wow the view. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good and hot. I will be staying here again. We went to a concert and the venue was literally about a block away, so we just walked. The area around the area was nice. They have a nice pool, which unfortunately we didnt have time to get in. The only complaint was we didnt have a tub, but thats ok. We had a big shower and the shampoo and other things were available and very nice. Im hoping to bring my son next time and do some things with him.

So convenient to get to Van Andel from here! Maybe a 1 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful facilities. Parking in the garage was also great!

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, the room exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast was great. We were attending a concert at Van Andel Arena, so the location was perfect.

Hotel is very nice! This was my 2nd stay and I was very pleased with it. Hotel location is perfect if you’re going to an event at the Van Andel Arena. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The only downside is the parking garage. It’s often full and you’re not guaranteed a spot in it even if you’re staying at the hotel. $30 per night for the parking garage. Other than that, this hotel is great!

Probably the best location you can get downtown for events, still new and very clean. Prices are competitive, definitely worth a stay if you aren’t doing Amway or JW which are $100 more

We had a king with the corner city view which is a huge room with a kitchen! This room was really nice & very clean! I would stay again , great location!
