We are so sorry to see that we did not manage to meet your expectations. Kindly note that in our website is mentioned that that we are facing the east side of the island, so there is no sunset view or caldera, but only the beautiful colors of sunrise in the morning. Our guests may enjoy though the incredible and unique santorinian landscape, as well as the famous sunset from Imerovigli village, only 6 minutes away on foot from our premises. The reasons we are prfered comparing to the hotels constructed on the cliff side of the island are the spaciousness of our rooms, the easy accessibility and parking area, as well as the privacy and tranquility instead of the buziness of the other side.Kind regards,Aspa LanaraGuest Relations ManagerCresanto Luxury Suites

This was a beautiful hotel with amazing views of the sea. The staff was friendly and always made sure we had whatever we needed. Not as crowded as the hotels in Oia which I loved. There was a lot more privacy here with our private pool and passerby’s couldn’t just look into our deck/pool.

Couldn't fault Cresanto at all. Staff were so kind, helpful and friendly every day. We felt so welcomed and it made our stay that more special. Rooms were huge and clean, the private pool was always heated and had the most gorgeous scenery. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is excellent. It's away from the busy towns yet walking distance should you want to go explore. Highly recommend! Thank you Cresanto for the most wonderful stay, our first time in Santorini was memorable in the most epic way!

Cresanto is absolutely the best place you could stay on the island. The staff and facilities were Class A, the location was incredible and the affordable rates make this place the most cost effective place to stay when visiting Santorini.

Amazing property, really close to the Imerovigli bus stop (bus is not too reliable but you could use it), and one of the better breakfast buffets out there! Super nice staff, helpful front desk helping us with transportation as well. The ONLY bad thing was the bathroom sink stinks a lot, but I think not all rooms are like that. I'd visit again any time!

The resort itself is beautiful and clean. My room has a private hot tub in the balcony . It is in Imerovigli, is more remote to the central tourist area. It’s a bit quieter part of the island and I thoroughly enjoyed that. I also like the fact that it is easy access to local bus although the walk to the bus stop is either steep up or down but short, not too long a hike. Staffs are commercially friendly. Will greet you with a smile all the time.

The view is excellent. The location is convenient. The room is huge. The pool is heated and nice. The property is like new. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is top tier - a very large option of food items. My wife and I really liked this hotel. I really don't understand why anyone would give this hotel a low rating. My wife is very picky when it comes to hotels and she asked me the same question since she liked everything about Cresanto. My suggestions are to add lighting to the Presidential Suite stairs as it's a little dark and difficult to see steps at night and if possible, heat the main pool. Otherwise, great service and beautiful hote.

The facilities are first rate. The staff could not be more professional and helpful. The rooms are VERY spacious and well appointed. The spa is incredible. If you are looking for a totally relaxing first rate resort- look no further. Also- a tremendous value! Walking distance (15 minutes) from top of mountain- to the Fira side. Perfect if you want to relax, but still want to walk to busy shopping, dining and sightseeing (without having to stay in the middle of the daily cruise ship torrent). I WILL be back-soon!

Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit besonderes lieben Mitarbeitern! Was soll ich sagen, so läßt sich der Urlaub einfach unbeschwert genießen. Wir haben uns ab der Ankunft im Hotel sofort wohl gefühlt. Von Costa, dem Bar-Chef haben wir ein Willkommens-Getränk erhalten und wurden anschließen zu unserem Zimmer gefahren. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön und modern gestaltet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen kleinen beheizten Pool und Sonnenliegen (Betten) auf der Terrasse - wunderbar um auch mal zurückgezogen zu entspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und man kann sich hervorragend für einen Tag auf der Insel stärken. Leider konnten wir das Abendessen nicht testen da wie immer außerhalb gegessen haben. Ich vermute aber, dass dieses auch hervorragen ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch perfekt. In 2 Geh-Minuten (die Straße runter) erreicht man einen Supermarkt und 5 Geh-Minuten (die Straße rauf) erreicht man das kleine Städtchen Imerovigli mit tollen Restaurants/Bars und einem schönen Blick auf die andere Seite der Insel (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Die Busstation befindet sich auch direkt an der Hauptstraße am Beginn von Imerovigli - von hier kommt man überall hin. Über das Team des gesamten Hotels kann ich folgendes sagen: WOW! Einfach toll! Wirklich jeder Einzelne ist bemüht und immer freundlich. Wir hatten selten so viele nette Gespräche mit den Mitarbeitern - und das finden wir immer wieder toll. Leider kann ich nicht mehr hier schreiben. Würde noch mehr loben

Every single employee was super friendly. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from Fira. The room was excellent and the breakfast was great with the most beautiful view. The Spa is a must, the staff is knowledgeable and we got massages and facials by Diana, Maria, and Maria Elena, who were both friendly and professional. Even the assistance with our luggage to and from our room by their colleague Odysseus was excellent. We’re recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family members. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We are very pleased that we chose Cresanto to celebrate our anniversary. It is such a beautiful property with incredible, hardworking and just plain kind staff. The room was amazing with great views of the sea, Georgia was on top of making sure we had everything we needed and the manager we noticed that he paid very close attention to detail and you can tell that he holds his resort and employees to higher standards. Santorini has always been a dream destination and when we return, Cresanto will be our place away from. Thank you for the great service!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Cresanto Luxury Suites. Before I even arrived I spoke with them via text messaging and they provided me with much needed information as this was my first trip to Santorini Greece being from and living in America. Upon arriving I was very upset because my luggage did not arrive with my flight but the receptionist at Cresanto informed me not to worry because these types of things happens all the time! Well shame on the airline (Swiss) just as she stated my luggage came the following day which was on my birthday. My room was very nice and moderate. My boyfriend had my room decorated upon my arrival. It was amazing and beautiful. I just didn’t care for the blue balloons. I spoke to management about this and it was corrected the very next morning. I received my favorite color PINK! All the staff that I came into contact with was very friendly and accommodating. If I should ever visit Greece again I would definitely come back to Cresanto Luxury Suites. Thank you all sooooooooo much!! for making my birthday a HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂🎊

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff are welcoming and helpful from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is outstanding, self service with enough choice to suit everyone. It definitely filled us for the day. The restaurant meals are excellent and the fresh fruit afterwards a lovely touch. The rooms are exceptionally clean and our room with private pool was perfect. We used the spa for massages at the start of our holiday. The lovely ladies there left us relaxed and ready for a wonderful week. We had an amazing week at this hotel and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to relax and chill out in one of the best towns in Santorini.

Lovely hotel
Great new hotel with extremely attentive and charming staff. The hotel itself is just down the hill from imerovigli where there is a good selection of restaurants, and which is a lot quieter than Fira or Oia. The private pools and terraces all the rooms have are a great benefit, but I would make sure to get one with a sea view as the courtyard rooms aren’t very private. Mini bar selection could be improved and wine glasses in the rooms would be a good improvement. Parasols beside the pool would also be a worthwhile improvement.
