Desayuno pobre. Camas incómodas. wifi fatal.
No es un hotel para dormir. Muy bonitas las fotos pero las camas son incómodas y antiguas. El desayuno muy pobre. El personal amable pero no les gusta mejorar. Algunas habitaciones tienen como ventana y vistas la misma puerta de entrada. Pagas mucho y recibes poco. En las habitaciones el wifi no funcionaba.

Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación
Alexandra es fantástica manager del hotel, muy dispuesta a informar y facilitar la estadía de los visitantes. Las instalaciones son excelentes y la vista es imponente. Muy recomendable :-)

Es un hotel de buena ubicación, bien atendido.
Nuestros días fueron muy bien aprovechados, con la posibilidad de disfrutar de la pileta del hotel en las tardes calurosas de Mykonos, en Septiembre. La parada del bus, exactamente en la base del hotel, permitía el traslado hasta la ciudad de MYK en pocos minutos, aunque se encontraba también a distancia razonable para caminar. Si bien la ciudad de MYK es muy atractiva, ideal para recorrerla y visitarla, especialmente en la tarde, antes de la caída del sol y asi poder apreciarlas desde algún buen lugar, tomando algo, la isla en si misma me pareció muy poco atractiva pues su geografía y naturaleza son muy agrestes. Sin embargo, la experiencia final es muy buena.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio
Ubicado a las afueras de Mykonos, como muchos hoteles, pero bien comunicado con una parada de bus en frente. Las vistas al puerto son muy buenas y las instalaciones en muy buen estado. La piscina está muy bien. Pero lo mejor es la amabilidad del servicio, te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una muy buena opción.

Muy buen hotel, atención familiar de primera.
Estoy muy contento con la atención recibida en el Rhenia. Desde que uno llega siente que puede contar con la atención y amabilidad del personal, estamos muy satisfechos, excelente la habitación, la vista, el desayuno y las instalaciones, amplias y muy limpias. Rhenia hotel Bungalows: Precioso hotel en Toulos
Un hotel precioso y con una atencion magnifica. Los precios de Mykonos son muy altos en general, pero este hotel lo merece. Tiene una piscina iluminada por la noche, sofas exteriores, distintos bungalows individuales. Esta cerca de la ciudad, si tienes coche es muy conveniente. El personal es extremadamente amable. Me he llevado una gran sorpresa y he quedado encantado.

Amazing rooms/bungalows. Beautiful view. Easy access to local ferry and bus, interisland ferries, and a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Good staff. The rooms with patios take the cake.

Beautiful gem in Mykonos! If you're looking for a clean, quiet and friendly stay, this is it. It's a family owned hotel, everyone is nice and helpful. The owner even puts up flags to represent the clients visiting his property which is a lovely touch. 10/10

An Amazing Stay!
Words cannot express how great a stay I had. The room was fantastic and had a magnificent view. The location was in close proximity to the new port and the Sea Bus. The family runs the hotel with passion and sincerity and I was glad to have several awesome conversations with them. They are friendly and hospitable as if I was their family (or friend or neighbour). If I had a chance to come back to Mykonos, without a doubt, I will book a stay here again.

Petit Hôtel de charme très sympa, avec une belle vue sur le port et l'ile, surtout le soir. Belle déco épurée, minimaliste avec des matières brutes. Localisation calme Personnels accueillants et toujours disponibles pour les renseignements. A 10 min du centre de Mykonos en Bâteau (seabus qui se trouve en bas de l'hôtel) Les - : Petit déjeuner très moyen Propreté autour et devant notre bungalow (en travaux peut-être) Refus du service en chambre alors que c'était indiqué sur le site

SCAM HOTEL, worst service/treatment ever!
I booked this hotel for three nights, $1500 on behalf of my girlfriend who was flying in from Barcelona at 4am. When she missed her flight and wasn’t able to reach me (as I was sleeping), she tried contacting the hotel to let them know. The next day I contacted them via email to see what their policy would be as I only needed one nights stay vs three but stated they were completely non-refundable. As I still required the room (I was checking-out of another place and needed a room on that third nights stay) and was being charged the full $1500, I let the hotel know I still required the room for one night. However the hotel refused saying my booking was deemed a “no-show” and to take this up with hotel.com. When I contacted hotels.com, all they did was contact the hotel to see if they would refund me partially or provide me with a room for the one night. The Hotel denied the hotel.com agent’s request so the agent recommended I give them a call directly for the one night’s stay, so that’s what I did... I spoke with the front desk agent and then the hotel manager. The treatment I received was appalling and completely unacceptable. The hotel manager screamed the entire duration while calling me a liar but wouldn’t let me speak or explain anything on my end. It was so bad that my friend started recording the conversation out of disbelief. As someone with a background in HR and hospitality, I highly recommend the owners invest in corporate ethics and customer service training.

Wi-Fi was great which was awesome as I was working remotely for some of my stay. Location was perfect - super close to the sea bus and road bus. Wonderful, friendly service. Great breakfast.

The owners are on premises most of the time. They’re from Mykonos and his family has been in the business since the 1920s. They have his family heirlooms are on display. They were very helpful in deciding where to visit in Athens

Rhenia was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful and very attentive. I appreciated their kindness as I was travelling solo. Traveling alone can be intimidating for solo travellers, but they made me feel right at home. The views from my bungalow were incredible -and so picturesque. Un accueil parfait. Une situation au calme mais proche de la ville tout de même (accès scooter à 10’) une vue splendide. Un petit déjeuner excellent. La chambre est spacieuse avec une belle terrasse face à la mer. Un bémol serait la douche car on mets de l’eau partout au sol même en faisant attention. Enfin la gentillesse du personnel et des propriétaires mais cela se résume à la gentillesse des Grecs. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great location and set-up. Friendly staff. Beautiful views, great breakfast and service attitude. Sad to be leaving! Very close to the new port and walking distance to Mykonos town. The Florentinos family who own and manage the property they go beyond customer service to make sure you have a nice vacation. The property Is very well located; within walking distance from the new port where you can take the "Sea Bus" to the Old Port.and within walking distance from Stefano's Beach.
