Muy bien el hotel , lo malo fue la falta de servicio de limpieza , pero es por la contingencia por covid

Thank you for your positive feedback. Yes, due to COVID-19, we have limited our daily housekeeping service for stay-over guests so that we can reduce the number of contact points for guests. Additional amenities can be delivered to rooms based on request. And, as always, we deep clean the rooms between guests checking out and checking in.

The staff was professional. My room was clean. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but not bad. You’re within walking distance of several eateries and bars and grills.

I'm sorry to hear that. Next time you stay at a Hyatt keep in mind if you book thru Hyatt directly you will receive your points. Hope you had a nice stay.

The hot tub was out of service and the steam room smelled like fish. Not the cleanest hotel. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very beautiful.

4/5 overall. The place was large, clean and pretty well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. The top of the TV in the bedroom hadn’t been dusted in quite some time and the shower head fell off during use shower, not a big issue just a small maintenance thing. There are four elevators, and if the hotel is busy getting up and down in a hurry can be somewhat difficult. Also, getting out of the parking lot can take longer than expected if it’s busy other than that and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel. Kids loved that it looked so “fancy”. However I was mislead to think that they had continental breakfast. That is my fault as the description did say “breakfast available” but in the pictures it showed what appeared to look like a continental breakfast. The 333 Restaurant at the hotel is very expensive ($100 for family of 5) and the food was not good. I had French toast and it tasted like onions. Most likely as they cook the same foods all on the same grill. Kids who love pancakes, barely even forced one cake down. Going forward I would stay at this property again and just plan on finding a different place for breakfast

Amazing hotel. The look inside is something you don’t see everyday. My room was on the top floor and had a balcony. Very spacious. If you need a place to stay in Green Bay, stay at the Hyatt.

Staff was polite and helpful. Pool was a little dirty but they had a lot of children there this weekend for a cheer leading conference. Overall … it was good. I would stay there again.

The room wasnt cleaned properly as there were lights on and a k cup still in the coffee maker. Which I think is pretty basic thing to check when cleaning room. That's it though. The pib333 was amazing and the waitress that was working at the time was extremely helpful. I plan on returning to stay longer.

Comfortable stay
Its a good stay. We love how comfortable and spacious the rooms are. We stay to swim and use the hot tub, and they are all at good tempertures and clean.
