It is a 3 1/2 star and the conditions overall the hotel as well as service are poor and horrible. Room dirty, smelly, old sheets, dirty bathroom, carpet burn, the door was badly repair, no water anywhere, had to take my medicines with a soda...... last year stayed at the holiday inn 3 star and it is so much better. I thought I was upgrading. Had toget another hotel, did not stay at that place.

This property needs better cleaning the rooms smell old.. The first room I was in the toilet didn’t flush properly and the refrigerator wasn’t working. The second room they sent me to the baseboards were falling apart and the tub wasn’t clean and tv wasn’t working. The third room the water was running all over the sink. There was all kinds of people hanging out on the property and some dude asking my son for a cigarette. I would not book here again . I don’t care if it is one or not.

This is a horrible place to stay…shady people sleeping in broken down cars in parking lot, guy fixing cars in parking lot, parties at night, laughing and yelling at night…shower was moldy and light shade was full of bugs, carpet was nasty and we couldn’t walk barefoot. Paid a premium because I went during the High Point Market so they charged over $120 per night…but regularly this is a $30/night hotel. I didn’t know that…uugghh!

Room hadn’t been vacuumed. Furniture broken. Water dripping from ceiling. Drunks knocking on door after dark. No breakfast, no ice, no soap and only one washcloth. Staff were apologetic and said budget changes coming for total overhaul. Not recommended at all at this time.

Please stay away from this hotel… Booked a none smoking room cause was staying with a child, front desk person said they didn’t have other room available to switch me and my daughter for non-smoking room. I booked two nights but didn’t come back for second due to hotel been filthy, unsafe, smell of weed all over.. If don’t want to get a horrible experience stay away from this hotel..

This property needs to be removed from any 3rd party booking sites!! Everything is dated; rundown and id unsanitary!! I switched rooms and the second room was no better than the first! I had wipe down EVERYTHING AND WAS LEARY ABOUT even sleeping in the bed!! Wyndham properties aren’t normally this bad but my daughter and I were extremely disappointed in this stay and won’t advise anyone to choose it unless you LITERALLY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE! !

The customer service was very poor. They did not indicate that there was a charge when you arrived. My card was charged 1 time before my arrival. The room the door had a gaping opening on the bottom you could stick your entire hand under. The bathroom was not cleaned properly around the toilet. Very poor customer service.

I’ve stayed here several times. When rates are high or rooms are sold out this is my go to! This is not 5 star hotel but it was very comfortable and clean. Some of the furniture was broken but the bed was fine, the tv worked, the linen was clean and the water was hot ! There was room controlled temperature to meet my needs. Are there ways to improve absolutely. The room number I had was 245

The first room we were assigned smelled heavily like cigarettes. The room I stayed in required me to wear shoes the whole time because the carpet was awful. My neighbors were very loud all night slamming thebdoor constantly and having different cars pulling up every half hour night and day.

This place is horrible. Don’t believe the pictures or positive reviews. The girl working at the desk at night and the guy in the morning were super friendly and helpful, don’t blame them. But there were shady characters all around the place (living there?). The room was falling apart. Our “clean” towels literally smelled like vomit. And despite advertisements to the contrary, there was no breakfast. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place. Spend the extra money to stay at one of the much nicer nearby hotels.

The hotel wasn’t terrible but it’s old, they didn’t appear to have enough towels for the amount of guests. And it was not the cleanest , dresser was broke . Beds were actually comfortable

What a nightmare
The stay would have been pleasant if strange drunk people werent k ocking on your door at 230am. My husband had to make them stop and quiet down. Also The TV didnt work and there was no remote in first room. So we were moved to another room. The furniture is really out dated and scuffed up or either broken and leaning.
