“This is perfect for a weekend getaway for a family of 4 (or less). The Swamp Rabbit Trail is easily accessible (within walking/running distance), as is the Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery. Hampton Station is a short drive, and downtown is just a little further (still less than 5 minutes). “This property is in an excellent location with walking to restaurants and downtown. The property was clean but very dated. Historic in this case means OLD. Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s.”
