Overall a great experience. Room would not ever cool off but the staff brought us a fan promptly. Sold out night, so there wasn't much that they could do. Would still return. Nice place.

We never checked in. Expedia booked us at the wrong hotel and would not allow us to change hotels. Wasted time and money and I’ll never stay at that hotel, not ever use Expedia to book anything. Horrible customer service. Some way to treat a Hilton Diamond member. Just awful.

Weekend Trip with the Kiddos
Overall stay was great. I did a spur of the moment trip with my son and nephew from Georgia. They really enjoyed themselves, with the pool being the highlight of their trip. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. We did experience a little chaos with it being so kany kids in the pool are withOUT parents. At one point i was the only adult in the pool area, het there were 20+ kids in the pool. The sign displays that anyone younger than 16 should be accompanied by an adult, however that sign was not adhered to since the children were under 13. We have a small issue with the room when we initially arrived. Upon entry into the room I turned on the AC because it was very warm. I took the boys down to the pool and came back up 90 minutes later. The room was still warm. The front desk sent maintenance to the room where we were informed that it was "Heat Only" room. Never heard of that before. However, I was quickly moved to another room on the same floor. The AC WORKED! Sal, with maintenance was very informative and even checked the new room to ensure everything was operable. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the amazing breakfast buffet. I travel often both personally and professionally. I must say that their "free" breakfasr buffet was the best I've had in a very long time.

Facilities and staff were great. One issue with HVAC is the thermostat does not have separate heat and air because it is automatic. Our room was 80 degrees upon arrival. Set temp to 70 and lower which it never got below 72.

The room was not cleaned well. There were hairs in the covers and towels along with a brown fluid stain on the wall. The walls were also paper thin and we were kept up all night by the partying around us. NOT up to my embassy suites expectations. The restaurant and check in staff were all great at least.

The cleanliness and the made to order breakfast was wonderful. They have changed the managers reception to a 2 drink maximum, which I did not like. I got 1 double drink with mostly ice that was considered as my 2 drink minimum When I went back to BUY a Bloody Mary at the same bar, it cost 9$ and it was in a small plastic glass. This does change my mind about staying there and weather it is worth the cost
