The desk clerk was not very accommodating. I was told the only room available were on the second floor. Perhaps because I booked through Expedia? I informed her that I had a bicycle I needed to secure for the night. She told me I could put it in my vehicle I told her that wast possible. I did not stay. I went to another place

The room was ok, the beds, the bathroom, and the things inside the room. But the walls are too thin and we can hear everything from the rooms beside us (the TV, when they walk, talk, bathroom) so it was difficult to sleep late at night and early in the morning because of the quality of the walls

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in and upon checkin they treat you like a criminal with a checkin behind the glass. Ok fine. Got our room, drove to it to find a table and party set up in the parking lot directly in front of our room! Went right back to the office and asked for a different room which she gave me. Went to the room to find the door lock doesn’t work and the pillows on the bed are the square sofa pillow size! I called the front desk to ask for 2 regular sized pillows and he said let me check then said ok I have them and I said ok so you’ll bring them to the room? He laughed at me and said um no! I said oh ok nice so I went and picked them up. I asked why he couldn’t bring them and he said well if we didn’t do our job and have pillows for you then I would. I told him you have small square sofa pillows on our bed, those are not bed pillows! He dismissed me and said are we done, did we complete your request!? Omg I can’t believe we were treated this way here! I am calling customer service tomorrow once we check out to make the formal complaint! I will never stay with quality inn again or any of there other properties!

I have diet issues so having a refrigerator is critical for me the bonus was it had freezer too. They had microwave too which I have to have. They staff are friendly I was visiting my grandson at the University. I will be staying there 3 times they remember me when I call. Free breakfast and the location was perfect in Greenville NC food places were all around the hotel. Easy parking. I felt safe because I was by self the last two stays

The night clerk there she was very rude to me and would not accept my reservation through Expedia because I had a local address and she couldn't rent me a room because I had a Greenville address which is completely BS so you know I had to turn around and leave and had to go through an act of Congress to get my money refunded from Expedia so if you walk in and pay the $100 deposit they want and pay the rate that they want without going through one of these travel sites I'm sure you'll get treated good otherwise there's no telling

I did not stay at this hotel! The reservation was made in error and i could not get it cancelled, even after calling the hotel directly. I was traveling to Greenville SC where i did stay but the reservation went to Greenville NC. the mistake was caught within an hour but the room was a non refundable room. The hotel would only tell me to talk to the third party, would not work with me at all. Opportunistic gouging. the hotel has to give permission to third party before a refund will be given, couldn't get that. It will not be forgotten, and quality inn is no longer a place I will do business with.

Clean room, friendly staff.
Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and stocked. Room is dated and could use upgrading, but it is very in line with the price.

The Quality Inn is nothing fancy, but it certainly is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are a nice size and beds were super comfy!
