Excelente
El apartamento es igual a las fotos, muy limpio y bien dotado de todo lo necesario. Hay que tener coche oara quedarse alli, pero Santa Lucia ed bastante grande y en general estes donde estes el coche es necesario. Muy buena relación calidad/precio! Repetiriamos sin duda!!!!

South Sea House is a Place to Come Back to.
The owners are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay in the North of St. Lucia. Just above the golf course, Cas-en-Bas beach and near by Rodney Bay shopping. The views from your guest room are exceptional. Everything you need is in your suite. The plunge pool and pool are terrific.

Beautiful setting, I loved looking out at the mountains from our balcony. Everything was perfect but you definitely need a car if you're going to stay here as it is rather secluded in a quiet residual area. I would highly recommend and would visit again 😁

We do recommend car hire, but do also have many guests who get around the local area with the taxi that we recommend. Likes -This property represents excellent value for money. -The owner lives upstairs the property and is readily available to assist. -There are lots of amenities including a fully outfitted kitchen. -The small plunge pool in each apartment is a very nice bonus. -The larger pool area is spacious and relaxing. -The hilltop views are beautiful. Dislikes -When we just arrived in the property, there was a slight musty smell. -Areas of the property can do with some minor renovations. -Depending on which apartment you choose, the walk to the outdoor pool and even to other apartments above and below can be cumbersome especially for older persons. -The location is beautiful but it is highly recommended to rent a car given it is not particularly near to any of the more popular beaches and attractions. Overall, the apartment is excellent value and I highly recommend.

Hi KeevalThanks for the great review. We are pleased you enjoyed our beautiful location and excellent amenities. We do state on all our booking sites that car hire is recommended. However, we do have many guests who use our recommended local taxi driver. There are about 4 beaches less than 2 miles from the property and Rodney Bay, which is the tourist hub is 7 minutes drive away. Guests enjoy being close to these amenities, but also having the peace and quiet of our beautiful location at the same time. We assume the area you refer to that requires minor renovation is the tiling around the main pool deck. As mentioned at check in we had some tiles pop up during some recent heavy rain, so we had to section off a small area of the deck. The property will be closed for two weeks from September 15th 2022, while we re-tile the whole deck area. We take the maintenance of our property seriously, but due to bookings, this is the first opportunity we have to address this issue. We thank you for choosing our property for your stay and for the high recommendation!

Nice clean condo in a quiet area. My bedroom was small with not much room to maneuver around the bed and there wasn’t much storage space for clothes. However, the hostess and owner Karen was extremely hospitable! Before my arrival date, she was very responsive and communicative with me. I had many questions about visiting a new island and she took away any worry I had. She even connected me with her private taxi driver (Francis Emmanuel) who was amazing by the way, for a round trip to and from the airport. She provided me with a link to all the activities in the area and more! During my stay, the great service continued. I would stay here again if I wanted to stay in a condo.

Whilst you mention the bedroom is small, it does have a Queen bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower. Furthermore, we do provide a spacious apartment to guests. It is not only a bedroom guests are booking. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area and balcony with a private plunge pool. There is therefore no shortage of space. We are pleased you appreciated our high level of customer service, which we pride ourselves on. Thank you for choosing us for your stay here and we hope you will visit again.

The attention to detail on the design of the units made it very pleasant to stay, from the kitchen to the seating area, to the hallway separating the bedrooms and bathroom from the kitchen and sitting area. The windows and glass entry door offered very interesting views of the ocean and nearby golf course. Karen was always available and responsive when we had questions. The plunge pool was a nice way to cool off after a hot day. The unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The washing machine in the unit was helpful for our needs.

Great location, with views of golf course and the sea. Excellent property, has everything you could need. Hosts Karen, Jerome and Susan the cleaner were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend getting a hire car, it's well worth exploring the Island. Will return in the future.

This was our second stay at South Sea House. It is really comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully clean and in a quiet and secure area overlooking the golf course. This place is AMAZING! Our time was well spent at this lovely home. This is a hidden gem and I cant wait to go back next time visit to St Lucia! No complaint! Karen and her husband Jerum was very helpful and nice! One of the best places that I have ever stayed in Caribbean. Quiet location. Parking in front of the house. Large, comfortable room with a private bathroom. Very clean. Beautiful Ocean view balcony. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Lovely location with a lovely view. Very private and not too far from the hustle and bustle of Rodney bay / Gros Islet. Though it’s self catering a cleaner came in during my visit to ‘fix’ things up, which was helpful. The owners of the property were on hand should I need assistance with anything: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

My family and I visited South Sea House and we had absolutely NO REGRETS. The ambiance of the place was fantastic, tranquil and peaceful. At the end of it all, we did not want to leave. We are sure to use South Sea House again.

We do provide a 32" LCD TV in the living room, as we felt this was the most appropriate location for a TV in the apartment. We have added a heating system for the small pool on the balcony, which will be commissioned in the near future. The large infinity pool on the property remains warm all year round due to its' sunny location. We are pleased you enjoyed our quiet, peaceful location and we look forward to welcoming you back. Very nice, quiet and close to Rodney Bay
It's in a very quiet area and nicely seated on a hill. Very clean, very well kept and seemed to be resently built. Automatic gated property. The golf course is walking distance and Rodney Bay is a 5 minutes drive. I'll encourage anyone to stay here.

South Sea House is located in a very nice area of St. Lucia with hillside, golf course and ocean views. Quiet area. A little distance from shopping and restaurants so a car rental is highly recommended. The one bedroom unit we rented had plenty of room with nice kitchen and living room. I would certainly stay here again.

My stay was from April 29-May 7. The property is well kept and impressive. It does stand out at first glance. The owners live on the property and that made it convenient for inquiries. I had Apt 2 which was perfect for a single person or couple. The scenic views are spectacular. As the other reviewers mentioned, there is not much around there not even a bus, so one would either have to hire a car or drive, It can be rather costly. So be mindful of that when staying in Cap Estate. There isn't anything within walking distance and no delivery service. Suggestions: A toiletry pack for guests, and perhaps some kind of flat fee car service to do small runs to the supermarket since that is necessary. Perhaps maybe contracting a chef or restaurant for cooking or delivery. 'Just an idea. The cooling pool can probably use a screen cover. Overall I enjoyed my stay. If I returned I'd stay with a few friends, or significant other.

Wonderful stay in Gros Islet
We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our tour around the island. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful. They answered any questions we had, gave us great suggestions for the area and the communication prior to arriving was outstanding. The place is clean and well looked after. We didn't have a chance to use the pool as we were out every day. You do need a car or a taxi to get anywhere as it is a ways away from Gros Islet. It is a gated property and we always felt safe. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry facilities were very appreciated! I would definitely come back here again! Thank you for having us!

Perfect size for family
The South Sea House was perfect for our family. Everything was nice, new and clean. Location was quiet and convenient if you have a car. Just needed a hairdryer.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is secluded and beautiful this is the place for you!! There are a few things you need to know. It's about an hour from Uvf airport. If you don't rent a car you'll have to get a taxi. Which is about $90. Tranquil apartment with pool and jacuzzi! Stop by the store to pick up groceries.

Thanks very much for your very positive review. We are pleased you enjoyed our tranquil location. Regarding the transfer time from the airport, we are located in the north of the island, close to Rodney Bay, which is the main tourist area on the island. The majority of hotels, restaurants, bars and nightlife, shopping malls, the marina, golf course and many other amenities that tourists enjoy are all located in this northern part of the island. It is therefore an unavoidable transfer for most tourists visiting our beautiful island. It is a very scenic drive though up the rugged east coast, across the middle of the island and up the west coast!
