Horrible!!!!
Horrible, este hotel tendria que valer la noche 60 dollars. El hotel es viejo, los muebles tambien, no hay aire acondicionado, ️️te ponen in ventilador muy viejo que hace un ruido horrible, no hay enchufes tienes que desenchufar la nevera para poder cargar el movil. Wifi no funciona. El desayuno es una muffin y cafe muy malo. Hemos estado viajando 20 dias y ha sido uno de los peores hoteles, no volveria jamas.

The Seaview Inn was close enough to the beach to go there the night before and the morning after staying there. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There were some restaurants around and I tried to walk to them but it probably would have been a better idea to drive because the one I wanted to go to was a few blocks away. The room was big enough and clean enough. It had a microwave, TV, and coffee maker. The room we had looked like the bathroom / shower was remodeled. There were buildings in the way from view of the beach, but it was about 5 blocks from the beach. It is a good place if you want to get away from it all.

It was so nice to find a place that took dogs, I am so grateful for that. The hosts were very nice and the place was clean. There was a very small bureau for clothing and could've been larger. The hosts planted trees and flowers along the parking lot wall to pretty the place up. Nice.

The people who run this are such a sweet couple. Thanks to them or trip changed from fun to memorable. They grew sugarcane in their backyards and they were so kind to give a few of them. If back in Pismo this is the place I will surely stay. Very close to the butterfly grove and Grover beach.

This is not a fancy hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The owners/operators are very friendly and eager to accommodate requests. I liked supporting this small local business. The hotel is also a nice walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Hotel was centrally located for me. Amtrak just a 5 minute walk. A lot of neat eateries, coffee shop, and 10 minute walk to Grover Beach. $$$$ good for area.

Don’t stay here, just spend a few extra.
People next to us were playing music till 6am. When I wanted to cancel my next night, the owner made it extremely hard and had me going back and forth with an agent to get him to cancel, wouldn’t even show up to give me the refund hiding behind his desk. Room wasn’t clean, and I got charged for both nights as soon as we checked in. Avoid

Very disappointed
For starters, the room smelled musty, comforter was stained. Mattress was semi-comfortable but tiny on flat side pillows. Thin towels. Very annoying light switches on walls and none in bathroom. Light switch was placed outside in bedroom so had to constantly go back out to turn on/off and at night when bathroom was needed, light kept waking my husband who was asleep. Overall would never stay there again.

We checked into our room we paid for king bed gave us queen size, bathroom floor so dirty, there was no free continental breakfast, like they advertised. Will not stay ever again.

A good experience
I would recommend The Seaview for their service, cleanliness and parking availability. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

It was ok. The 2 queen beds in the room made it a little snug to move around. Our back bathroom window was open on the top floor and we could hear people talking at night after 10:00. It's good accommodations but definitely not the best.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Strecke von San Francisco nach Los Angeles übernachtet. Es ist ein Motel, wie man es aus den ganzen Filmen kennt. Für eine Nacht war es vollkommen ausreichend und adäquat. Zimmer war groß, Bad war mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist zwar sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das Zimmer war nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was aber während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Problem war, da es nicht sehr warm war. Wer ein Bett für eine Nacht und ein Dach über dem Kopf haben will, wird hier definitiv fündig, aber kein Luxus mit Meerblick erwarten, dann wird man auch nicht enttäuscht.

the beds were too hard. we couldn't sleep very well. no water bottles in vending machine or room. bathroom was nice. shower nice but made a loud whistle noise while water running. room was hot and muggy. no A/C. just floor fans
