Absolutely lovely but the pillows were horrible! It was like sleeping with your head on a piece of concrete and I couldn't get comfortable all night.

The staff were lovely and so helpful! The room had the most fabulous view and the property was quiet. A perfect place to stay over Christmas time!

Attic room with no windows
We were greeted on arrival and told that we needed to use the control pad to open the skylights, as our room, room 7, is an attic room and has no windows. The room was warm upon entering, so I turned the radiator in the bedroom off, and the towel rail in the bathroom. I then used the control pad to try and open the skylights. The system initially told me that I could not open the skylights as it was raining, but I had the option to continue anyway. On operating, the skylights in the bedroom opened about 4 cm and then stopped but the skylight in the bathroom never moved, despite selecting “open all skylights” on the control pad. Quite literally, 5 minutes later, the skylights closed… Despite my best efforts, this happened every time that I tried to open the skylights, and consequently the room was hot and airless making sleeping difficult.

Pleasant Stay
This was a solid choice for our stay in the little town of Gruyères. Conveniently located and no issues. Would stay again.

Spacious room and welcoming staff
Great location right in the little village. Very comfortable beds in spacious room and bathroom. Friendly and welcoming staff.

We had a family room. It was large and clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. We stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay. Convenience to everything was superb. It’s a small village.

Notre avis séjour d'avant Noël 2022.
Chambre OK mais nous regrettons fortement qu'il n'y ait pas d'accueil permanent, comme dans n'importe quel hôtel, une petite fenêtre dans un couloir à des horaires très courts et aléatoires n'est pas agréable. Le restaurant était fermé, si bien que nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre 1er petit-déjeuner car non réservé la veille puisque non expliqué par le "gardien" et papier descriptif lu trop tard. Pas de salon où se reposer au coin du feu. Les conditions d'hôtellerie ne sont pas conviviales. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement.
