The staff is great! It’s nice to see familiar faces. Starting from the moment you arrive, the ladies at front desk and the guys at the bar, everyone makes you feel welcome and they provide a great service always!

Always a great experience! Fernanda from the FrontDesk, Carlos at the bar, the breakfast service is always good and even the outstanding room cleaning service, they all make you feel they care!

En general todo muy bien, su personal muy atento y súper servicial. El hotel es relativamente nuevo, asi que todo funciona bien y sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. Lo único que les falta es poner letreros de “SILENCIO” después de las 11pm … ya que en mis ultimas 3 estancias hubo gente azotando puertas, riéndose a carcajadas y conversando en los pasillos del hotel junto a las puertas de otras habitaciones y una de las noches hubo niños corriendo después de las 12 de la noche. Aunque esto no es culpa del personal del hotel, si seria bueno comentar a los huéspedes que se pide silencio y respeto por las personas de otras habitaciones después de las 11pm .

Hola buenas tardes, si lamentablemente fue un incidente que no logramos resolver internament. entendemos su molestia, tomamos este tiempo para responderle, para informarle que ya se cambio el equipo dañando por uno nuevo. Si en algun momento desea volver a hospedarse con nosotros , favor de hacernoslo saber para poder ofrecerle algun tipo de beneficio y borrar esa mala impresión que se llevo de nuestro servicio. This was our 4th time staying at this Hotel. Every time we stay here the staff is always very nice and very helpful. the hotel is always spotless. they take very good care of the facility. it has become our go to place to stay in Guadalajara.

Service was super friendly. Took my aunt to Tlaquepaque just for an overnight getaway and was impressed by how close everything was and overall the cleanliness of the place. If I could rate it I would give it a 10

This was our second stay and while we recommend this hotel because of its location and how nice the rooms are, we had the same problems on our second visit. Not enough towels. Breakfast - cold coffee and stale bread. Such a shame as this is such a lovely hotel.

Lovely room and very attractive building. Staff were very pleasant but did not speak much English so we got lost in translation. Breakfast was complimentary and I got a cup of coffee and bowl of fruit. Waiter said there was no bread so my husband ordered eggs and was charged for them. Suddenly some stale bread appeared from nowhere. It was really quite funny. We wj go back next week.

Staff very professional and cordial. I would have liked that both tv’s worked appropriately and that they’d be enough towels for the quantity of ppl registered to stay. Most hotels have free shuttle service to and from airport, because this hotel does not. They do help you get a taxi to take you to the airport but it’s paid out of your own pocket. Other than that…..GREAT HOTEL!! Loved it!! Would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This Boutique hotel was modern, sleek and most importantly in a great location. The rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The staff was pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. We inquired about laundry service and although they did not have the service on site they were able to make sure we had our needs met and contacted a local laundry service to pick up and drop off our items. We were most impressed by the Front Desk receptionist Fernanda. It was our son's second birthday and she not only recommended a bakery but ensured the cake was ordered and delivered to the hotel by the time we returned from our tour that day. We were amazed with the hotel itself but mostly we were impressed with the staff. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends planning to travel to Tlaquepaque. One small warning, if you have little ones, the banister railings for the stairs and those over looking the open middle area of the hotel are widely spaced. We had to be very diligent about witching our two year old because he could most definitely fit between the rails.

Clean, Modern, Friendly
My stay at Hotel Dex was amazing, clean, modern, excellent location and one of the friendliest staff I’ve experienced. I know when some people visit Tlaquepaque they are looking for a typical hotel that has that Mexican cultural vibe, even though this location is very modern everything your looking for in Tlaquepaque is just waiting as soon as you step outside. Will definitely stay here again.

A hotel I would recommend.
The room was very nice but only 1 office chair and not two as the photo shows. Everyone went out of their way to help us in anyway. The location was excellent.

The hotel was spotless. It is an intimate property with a few small areas for small groups to gather and chat, have a drink or breakfast. It feels very new, with on site staff providing good security at all hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is quiet with a beautiful rooftop lounge. Overall very restful and nice.
