Excellent. Dog-friendly section. Easy access and spacious parking lot. Complete warm breakfast. Friendly staff. Adequate pricing. Would definitely stay again.

Pool was out of service and we were never notified of this before our arrival. We booked a hotel that specifically had a pool so this was disappointing. The fitness centre was locked and the lights were out during listed operating hours which was very strange.

Customer service and friendly service is important to me! When I checked in the girl was not friendly, my husband and I stay here every time we come to Halifax, which is a lot. We have always received excellent customer service. She didn’t even tell us about breakfast, what time is was . No welcoming when I got there. We knew the information, but that is not the point.
