Hotel is tired and in need of updating. Air conditioning was not working when I checked in and not repaired until the night before I left. I was told I could move but decided I would deal with it. Housekeeping did make up the bed each day, empty trash but I was provided a frayed towel one day. Probably the worst situation was when I arrived back to my room on the day of the air conditioning repair to find the door ajar. I do not know if it was the housekeeping or maintenance staff that left it open.
Each of the front desk staff individuals did try to help. The first night the "bellman" did try to get the air started.
I did appreciate the "quiet hours" after 11 PM as my neighbors were quite loud. Just a tough stay. Also I am curious as to how long it will take to refund the deposit.
