Solo por una noche
el hotel esta a 2 min del aeropuerto y tiene un shuttle bus que se pide en informaciones del mismo aeropuerto. el check in esta ok, rápido. Tiene un restaurant chino en el primer piso y otro en el 9. Tambien tiene un mini market en el 1er piso para comprar bebidas, chocolates o cerveza. Cosas simples. La pieza esta ok, cumple con lo normal. Camas estandar, aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El refrigerador esta apagado asi que hay que enchufarlo. El baño grande y limpio. El sistema de televisión también es muy bueno con mas de 1000 películas. tiene muy buen Internet eso si. Detalles, las ventanas no son 100% contra sonido así que estas constantemente escuchando a los aviones partir. El desayuno asqueroso, no es internacional, es para chinos., los ascensores son un poco viejos, no tiene zapatillas de levantarse, ni cepillo de dientes. Es el hotel que usan todos los pilotos, por ende el mejor del área. A 100usd promedio la noche esta ok para no esperar una noche en el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo solo por una noche y solo para esperar el próximo vuelo como dice el titulo de la reseña. Si no, es 100% recomendable ir a hangzhou

no hay nada alrededor, solo el aeropuerto. el hotel esta a 2 min del aeropuerto y tiene un shuttle bus que se pide en informaciones del mismo aeropuerto. el check in esta ok, rápido. Es el hotel que usan todos los pilotos, por ende el mejor del área. A 100usd promedio la noche esta ok para no esperar una noche en el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo solo por una noche y solo para esperar el próximo vuelo como dice el titulo de la reseña. Si no, es 100% recomendable ir a hangzhou

Buen hotel para tránsito
Excelente si está en tránsito está a tan solo 300 mts del aeropuerto. Lo único criticable que casi no se habla otro idioma que el chino muy poco inglés.

トランジットで利用。施設としては可もなく不可もなく。空港についてタクシーに乗ろうしたら近すぎて断られた。（運転手によるかもしれない）仕方なく歩いたら30分くらいかかってしまった。空港へ向かう時は無料シャトルバスが運行している。

登記入住員工十分專業,主動安排早機交通及叫醒服務,令我十分安心及提升由高級房至行政房. 但是有一點我覺得酒店會有改進空間. 我在入住前一天曾經用Expedia專用SMS酒店追問有關酒店機場免費巴士時間表及上車地點,可是在我登記入住時也無回覆.

Nice hotel walking distance to the airport, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, I left something in the hotel, and they offer to delivery the package to my address, thumbs up! The only disappointment is due to the subway construction, so have to route a big round between hotel and aiport.

Are you really listening?
Instead of running Guest Services from the blind.. thinking because you work hard you must be working well, your staff (and your guests) would be much better serviced if you sat with repeat customers to understand Guest Service. Management might even learn how to profit or generate better revenue from such visits. Surprise! Your guest feedback will greatly improve too. Leaving standard management replies to guest comments, and changing nothing leads to further dissatisfaction.
