At that time, our hotel has just reopened three months after Covid-19, but we still effort to bring you the best experience of cleanness and breakfast to our guests. But sadly we failed in other aspects. It is really hard to avoid the cigarette smell at the lobby door although all the guests are required to smoke outside the campus. We also apologize for the improper behaviors of our staff. They had shown their care about you but in inelegant ways. We will seriously fix this issue so that the next customers will not feel uncomfortable about it anymore. For the two coffee capsules, it is our fault again that we did not explain to you the fee when you checked in. We have listened to the customers and decided that they will be free of charge from now on. Again, thank you very much for your precious feedback.
