“It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit.
