Excelente opción! Una casa hermosa de 1920. remodelada, Nos quedamos en la suite presidencial. La decoración y arte muy linda, el baño totalmente remodelado y con parlante para poner música genial!! Todo muy limpio y el desayuno delicioso.

Es una casa maravillosa. Un palacete de la época colonial reformado. Está nueva y super limpia, lo que hace la estancia muy agradable. Es como estar en casa. La decoración es muy curiosa y bonita. Tienen muchas antigüedades, las mesas y lavabos hechas con maquinas de coser singer, y mas cosas originales. El desayuno, el mejor que he tomado en los 3 diferentes hoteles en los que me he alojado durante mi viaje a Cuba. Productos de calidad y presentación muy cuidada. El zumo de frutas natural espectacular. Los chicos y chicas que trabajan en el hotel son super amables y agradables. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar ante cualquier necesidad aunque sea ajena al hotel. Susele, Claudia y Yai nos atendieron de maravilla. Hicimos un late check in y no nos pusieron ninguna pega. Todo lo contrario. Nos recibió un chico (creo que era el guarda de seguridad pero no recuerdo su nombre. Espero que me perdone :)) que fue muy agradable y nos dio una grata bienvenida invitándonos a una cerveza. También hicimos un late check- out porque el avión salía por la noche y no pusieron ninguna pega. El hotel se encuentra en el Vedado, un barrio residencial tranquilo. Se puede ir caminando a la Plaza de la Revolución, a la avenida de los presidentes, al Habana Libre y al Nacional de Cuba (recomiendo visitar estos 2 hoteles pero no alojarse en ellos. Son muy rancios y antiguos). Al centro se llega en 5 minutos en taxi. Resumiendo, volvería a alojarme en Oleo Habana y lo recomiendo de corazón.

Our plan was to stay 4 nights with our toddler girl , but then we extended 2 more days as we didnt want to do all the way to Varadero which was already booked. staff was really nice and friendly tried their best to maintain if we have any need and if were happy with the service , team was consist of educated, respectful and elegant people who worked there as a second job for extra income . Thanks a lot for sending us back with unforgettable moments .

The female manager had no experience and was not helpful at all. Could say rude at a time. The two other managers that were working at night were very friendly, kind and helpful. our last night there was no water from morning. they kept telling us in an hour will have water. At 8:00pm finally they said they are not sure if we would have water. We had no water to use the bathroom. We start looking to find another hotel. At that point after calling and long discussion they decided at 10:00pm to send us to their partner hotel.

I liked the neigborhood(less tourists) and the extremely friendly staff. The rooms are spatious and clean Some issues are still problematic in Cuba (unstable internet, toilet, breakfast, safe locker, …).

Excellent Stay
This stay exceeded my expectations. Pedro and his stay were warm, friendly and courteous. The location in a residential area felt private despite the presence of surrounding neighbors. Breakfast was amazing and the property is beautiful. I would definitely revisit.

Fantastische accommodatie! Pedro en Claudia zijn erg lief en behulpzaam. De ligging is ongeveer 20 min van het oude Havana. Ben blij dat we hier onze accommodatie hadden aangezien het in het Oude Havana erg druk is. Verder is het ontbijt erg goed en je krijgt meer dan genoeg. Wifi is gratis en meer heb je niet nodig. De kamers zijn erg schoon

Pedro and Claudia were exceptionally kind and helpful! I traveled alone, and they both were quite honest with advice to make my experience positive. They consistently went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this boutique hotel. I appreciated the opportunity to visit Havana, and my only word of caution to any travelers is to leave expectations at home and be realistic. Cuba is a unique country with wonderful people, but it is not like many areas in the world which have been updated specifically to accommodate the wishes of tourists. Roll with the adventure, and you will have a better time. (Everything with Napper is as shared).

This boutique hotel was a lovely place to experience Havana. The spaces were lovely and well-appointed, particularly for a country with so many shortages. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We loved hanging out on the front porch and reading after a day of sight seeing. Vedado neighborhood was a wonderful way to spend time in Havana.

My partner and I booked a room here without knowing that it’s owned by artist Enrique Rottenberg whose art we saw at La Fabrica de Arte a few days before, so it was a fun surprise when we realized the connection when we arrived. It’s a beautiful restored building with amazing art. The staff were super helpful. The front garden was a lovely spot to have breakfast. Wonderful stay all around!

Perfect stay
Our stay was terrific, the hosts were perfect and helped us out every way possible. We would definitely recommend the stay, but would only recommend that when making excursions they tell you how long of a ride it is to your destination. Overall a great feeling of local life and sights.

Wer sich in Habana auch zurückziehen möchte, ist hier richtig. Tolles Ambiente mit schmackhaftem Frühstück. Fußläufig in die Altstadt etwas weit, aber es gibt genügend Taxis. Einfach offen sein und fragen, auch Privattaxis gibt es. Bitte den Preis vorher aushandeln. Das Haus und die jungen Leute, die den Service machen, sind einfach edel und aufmerksam. Hier kann man sich gut erholen

Wij hebben onze vakantie op Cuba afgesloten bij het Napper Hotel. Super mooie kamer! Alles was schoon en netjes. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Gastvrijheid staat hier hoog in het vaandel! De gastheer en gastvrouw hebben er voor gezorgd dat we een fijne tijd hebben gehad.

a fantastic place to stay will definitely be back.
Wonderful property.. Great location and Pedro and Claudia were phenomenal. This is a beautifully restored house 15 min walk to the malecon and about 10 min to the plaza de la revolución.

GERMAN REVIEW You know that as an European or a German in particular, we expect certain standards in foreign countries and maybe even like to complain about things. BUT as a group of 3 Germans staying at Napper Hotel we had NOTHING to complain about - and that means something as a German - haha! On the contrary we were !!so!! Satisfied and happy with our stay! Let’s break it down: Hosts: Claudia and Pedro are the best hosts we could have imagined. They were super responsible, approachable and just pure gems. They had recommendations for us and went above and beyond to make our stay as incredible as possible. Truly: they booked things for us, helped with translations, showed us the neighbourhood, introduced us to so many new things, even accommodated us with an early breakfast, as we had a day trip planned. Just incredible - we are deeply impressed by their kindness and customer centric behaviour: 10 out of 5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Everybody knows, cleanliness is the key 2 success to make a guest feel comfortable. At Napper mission was accomplished! Beds, towels, floor and bathroom were impeccable. Nothing to add - I did not find a single part of dust. Neighbourhood: 5/5 Located around 5/6 km outside the old city center, this neighbourhood provides you with the real Havanna experience and is very safe and vibrant with locals during the day. Supermarkets are 5min away as well as various bars and restaurants. Never felt unsafe or bothered and we walked a lot!
