Hello, Thanks so much for your feedback. We apologize if the road was noisy. Ear pugs are provided in every tent. The riverside tents are further from the road, and our new cabins have much better insulation from noise. We hope to see you at Wildhaven again soon!

Hi Ceci. Thanks for giving us a chance. We're sorry that you had some loud neighbors and the camp host that lives on site did not quiet them down on his nighttime rounds. If you're there a second night there is a phone number for that camp host hanging in your tent and we texted it to the person who made the booking as well with instructions to contact them if there any noise issues around you. We're also sorry that you didn't find either of the other two private beach areas down river from the river steps, and then the one upriver as well. We're working on a better map that shows this as the current one but sometimes not clear. Again, we're very sorry that we couldn't deliver the five star experience that we hope for and I'm sharing this with my team so we can make sure we improve for the next guest.
