La peor estancia
La peor experiencia de hotel que eh tenido! Hotel descuidado y muy sucio. Nos entregaron la habitacion con cabellos en el baño y nos dijeron que irían a limpiar y nunca fueron. Al momento de bañarnos, el agua no se iba!!!! Al retirarnos de la habitacion revisamos que no se quedaran pertenencias y había una sandalia que no era nuestra abajo de la cama!!!!!! HORRIBLE TODO!!

Llegamos la puerta estaba abierta, TV prendida, cama sin tender, pensé que había alguien ahí, regrese al Lobby la encargada me dijo que podían mandar a tender la cama porque no tenían otro cuarto disponible. Es mi primera mala experiencia en un hotel.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en familia y en general todo estuvo muy bien. Lo que sí hace falta es un poco más de variedad en el desayuno.

Check in confusing while trying to "train" staff, sent to wrong side of building. Room across from outdoor bar, loud. Room with stained tub, and toilet seat. Cracked and pealing bathroom and bedroom ceiling. Ants, only seen in bathroom, but likely on dark room carpet as well. Tv remote did not work, could only get cnn news, could not change channel. Breakfast is a joke, watered down coffee, stale cereal, that was not labeled in container correctly, prepackaged bake goods. Thought wiith the name wynndym on it, it might be better. Very disappointing, Spend your money at a better place.

This property is somewhere I would stay, if nothing else was available. You could see in the bathroom in certain areas, they had painted over black mold. The carpets were filthy. There were four in our party, only 2 bath towels and hand towels were in the room. Had to walk up and ask for more towels and pillows. Only one pillow per person, and they were flat. Will not stay there again. It was very noisy outside with people walking around shouting at one another.

This property had some obvious age. The room showed many signs of damage (marks on ceiling, hole in ceiling in bathroom stuffed with tp, animal hair of some sort on the chair, white stain on ottoman, room door didn’t shut well an appeared it had been bashed in). The comforters were clean and white. The linens appeared mostly clean. The room could have used a good dusting. However the bed seemed like it slanted down towards the head of the bed making a good night sleep not so easy. Not necessarily a good value for the money, but mid-level for Helen (and by far not the worst place we have stayed in Helen).

The location was ideal and the room was clean. Unfortunately we were ravaged by bed bugs in our room. I have over 20 bites along my arms, neck, face, and legs. Also a few bites on my torso.

The phone jack in our room was broken, and the shower head was not sealed properly and sprayed water when we were showering. Additionally, the water pressure in the sink was terrible.

Very accommodating
The hotel workers were exceptionally kind. My wife is very particular and they went above and beyond to tend to her needs. Never seen anyone as helpful as Demin Vyas! We will be back everytime we travel to this town

The staff were very friendly and overall everything was great. The room itself was a little dusty and grungy in places but that seems to be at every motel or hotel these days.
