I absolutely loved everything about this place. Everything was clean, the staff were very nice, the surrounding area had plenty of dinning areas and shops within walking distance. My whole experience was wonderful, I definitely recommend to stay here if your going to stay in hermann.

Great location, very clean & comfortable perfect for our late night stop. Very accommodating for our late arrival making sure to send accurate check in instructions with pics & contact information. Breakfast was great TY!

The staff are all amazing, so helpful. Great location. There is only a very small area reserved for parking, if that is full street parking is all that's available but in off season wasn't too bad.

The history of the hotel was unique. Staff was extra nice & helpful. Did not like when using towels to dry of from my shower. I was covered in bath towel lint. It looked like I had put on another layer of clothing on.

Terrific location. Our suite was newly renovated and nice, small. Breakfast was free but not very good. There were other terrific food options on the same block.

We stayed in the Victorian Suite, and it was amazing! The suite is much bigger than the photos let on. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing, and the rooms little fridge, coffee maker and microwave was great for storing and re heating leftovers. The "Continental" breakfast was way more food than expected. Each morning I was able to make an egg, sausage, biscuit,and gravy scramble bowl. There are 5 different coffees, and they have waffles made to order. The basement of the hotel has a sepakeasy with live music, cocktails and a very chill atmosphere. We plan on staying there again!

One Night Getaway
Greeted upon arrival. Already paid so checkin was easy. Given two free drinks at bar. Room was comfortable and clean. We were in the Flower room. Decor appropriately. King bed comfortable. Plenty of towels and ammenities all in place. Older building. No elevator. No biggie. Great lounge with live band. Drinks a little expensive. Free breakfast great and lots of options. Hot and cold options available. Check out at 11 a.m.

New Years Eve 2024
Enjoyed NYE 2024 all night stay and event in the basement cellar. Entertainment was good, food good, event located right next to hotel. Hotel clean, bed comfortable, goos free breakfast. We'll be back for a summer visit.

My husband walks with a cane and they gave us a room where there was an elevator for us to come and go. Lovely place to stay, friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Loved it, will stay again when we are in the area. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience with a clean room, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. We utilized the shuttle for transportation to wineries and our driver Renee was awesome. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect spot for a girls trip! Right in the heart of town and super quaint. The owners were so sweet and made us feel at home. Already planning another trip in the spring!

Great night stay
We enjoyed our stay at Hermann Crown Suites. It was located nearby everything we planned to visit, was clean and tidy and offered comfortable, spacious rooms. The basement bar was a fun way to end the evening without having to do anything except walk upstairs to bed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Quaint hotel but bed/towels lacking.
The people are very friendly and our suite was clean. The free drinks in their bar were great and so were the bartenders. The location was good to get to everything. However, The mattresses on both beds were really bad really need replacing along with the fitted sheet on one bed didn’t fit and would come undone constantly. The towels were really old, thin and very small. We had four towels for four people. A lot of good things but bad mattresses and towels missed the mark.

Check in was very slow waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help us. Message on desk says call this number but they never answered or replied. Overall once check in was sorted very nice stay

We were a little concerned about the live music, but it was not an issue at all. Nice large room and comfy bed! Narrow staircase was a little steep and awkward with luggage! We would stay here again

For a small, quaint town, it offered nightly entertainment, variety of eateries and drinking spots. Our stay also offered a shuttle service to visit nearby wineries...without the worry of drinking and driving. All could enjoy! Wished we had planned a longer stay.

Great facility right in the middle of everything. Housekeeping staff was very accomadting, prompt. Free hot breakfast an added bonus. Highly recommended.

our second time staying here. A quirky hotel with a b&b feel. Could use upgrade to mattresses. The pub and courtyard with live music nightly is a must do with a glass from your favorite winery!!
