“Overall was just okay. My mom has limited mobility. As unit is located in center of courtyard, it proved a challenge going in and out. Walk in shower in second bathroom was non-functional, again not an ideal situation for my mom. Bedding, linens and towels need replacing . While they were clean, they were rather worn out. Front door also needs new lock set , as current one is faulty. For the price, location and overall stay, it was a good value.”

“Check it was easy. Very big, open spaces for being a single bedroom condo. They had multiple sleeping arrangements, even though we used the main bed. Had enough cooking utensils to make anything we wanted. I did wish the TVs were bigger, maybe that's just a personal gripe but still being that we stayed in a lot it was something I noticed. The price compared to hotels near the area was unbeaten. And even though it was down the street from the College and a elementary school, it was very quiet...

“I stayed at this property for twelve days, and I was sorry to leave! The condo was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities and accommodations that made my stay enjoyable. It was very clean, and the host takes great care in making it feel welcoming and homey. The neighborhood was very quiet, and so were the neighbors. The parking space is very close to the front door, and the check-in and -out process is easy. Velma is very responsive to messages, and she checked in on me a couple of times...

“All the basics were there except that the A/C stopped working 2 days before I left and it was very hot especially at night. Some things were lacking: no chests of drawers to put clothes in, no folding holder for your suitcase and not enough hangers. (I left some of mine there). It needed some paintings on the walls and some other decorative touches to make it less impersonal and more inviting. It was well equipped otherwise and nice and clean and had good blackout curtains.”
