Al estar a 25 km del centro pensaba sería muy lejano y habria poco que hacer pero la verdad nos hemos encontrado con una ciudad (Hilversum) hermosa, limpia, con variedad de locales de restauración y un muy buen centro comercial (hay un Primark, local de habitual localización en las grandes ciudades). Tiene muy buena conexión a las diferentes ciudades, entre ellas Amsterdam, en Tren. Una vez llegando al hotel quedamos.impactados con las casas, estilos antiguos y modernos que hacen de la zona un precioso lugar para vivir (tranquilo y familiar). Ya dentro del hotel la recepción ha sido excelente, profesionales y cálidos. No sólo era bonito el hotel, la zona de recepción, descanso, bar y restaurante sino que la habitación cumplia con todos los requisitos que pretendiamos para una estancia tranquila y de relax, cómoda, limpia y ordenada. Para finalizar al realizar el check out hemos podido dejar los bolsos para poder recorrer más de Hilversum, sin problemas.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dit hotel is op loopafstand van het Mediapark en daardoor qua locatie erg fijn. Een klein minpuntje is vloerbedekking dat wel veranderd mag worden in iets dat minder allergieën kan opwekken.

Awful hotel. Manager on Holiday. Ran out of food
Terrible stay. No dental kit. As i forgot toorhbrush and it was late at night i needed to get a taxi to a night store. The restaurant ran out of food so i need to order Uber eats. They only had enough food for 5 reservations. Room Tiny and poorly designed. Hairdyer worked perfectly on day one on day 2 it didnt. I think someone swopped the hairdyer. No spare hairdryer meaning it took forever to dry hair. One day i needed to leave for business with wet hair. Shower trickled no power. Needed to stay in shower much longer to get shampoo off hair. Manager not available to deal with complaint. They manager was on holiday. Requested a call left telephone number twice and email. No response from hotel. No reduction in stay. Terrible experience.

Sehr gute Lage
Wir waren nicht viel im Hotel, ausser zum Schlafen. Das Zimmer war völlig okay. Zu erwähnen ist die super Lage, nah zum Bahnhof und das Zentrum.

La chambre était trop petite, pas de place dans l'armoire pour la valise et le lit était trop petit et étroit. Je coignait plusieurs fois au mur quand je dormais. Il y a eu une tâche jaune sur la housse de couette. Le personnel est très symphatique et souraint. A mon avis, c'est un hôtel de 2 étoiles.

Hotel overboekt, wij kregen app in dependance. Prima. Het appartement was netjes, schoon en compleet. Alleen hadden we graag geweten dat het helemaal bovenin was en dat er geen lift was. Door medicijngebruik zijn trappen een opstakel. Verder was de matras wel erg hard, ondanks dat goed geslapen, alleen voel je je rug en botten goed de volgende morgen.

Prima hotel om een nachtje door te brengen, ook voor het werk. Op onze kamer was het wel even opletten, want er was deels een schuin dak. Lange mensen moeten dan wat alerter zijn, maar een probleem was het niet echt. Het ontbijt was wel erg duur, dus dat hebben wij niet gedaan.

Het viel een beetje tegen
Op de foto's ziet de kamer er mooi uit, maar in werkelijkheid loopt het 10-30 jaar achter qua stijl. De gordijnen zijn verkleurd en de muren zijn gebroken wit met beige kozijnen en gele vlekken. De deken was erg dun (een koude kamer), maar het bed zelf was prima. De afstandbediening was te goor om aan te raken en de douche was al verstopt met oud haar toen we aankwamen in onze kamer waardoor we tot onze enkels in het water stonden. Een van de bekertjes was ook kapot in de verpakking (er was nog een tweede). De vloerbedekking mag ook een beurt krijgen. Al met al is het een matige kamer met veel potentie. Maar zou er door de slechte hygiëne niet gauw weer verblijven.

24 hour reception, which was good as I arrived at 2.00am. It was in the middle of the heat wave so the room was hot...a.c would have been nice. Very quiet area so open windows helped (a bit). At €15.50 breakfast was rather Spartan.
