Spacious property on the Wharf and 3 mins walk from a great seafood restaurant, Blue Fish. Liked that there was a separate bathroom and not a ‘zoned’ area. Good facilities apart from the washing machine which didn’t work. No one on site to fix it which was a shame. That would be my only issue in that there was no one on reception or on site. Checking in wasn’t a major issue but had to speak to someone for instructions and what to do with car parking.

The only issue we had was that my wife and I prefer a buffet at breakfast, not a la carte. So with a la carte, you don't get everything you like and must take things you don't. But other than that, the hotel was fine and there was good access to food at the seaport nearby or the hotel restaurant and bar.

Close walking to harbor, restaurants, grocery and museums. Very clean. Friendly and easy check in. Only disappointing aspect was lack of outdoor seating on the small deck. Great staff service. Very pleased.

Book for one night mother & son was expecting double bed and single was told at reception we had to request when booking with the app one had to sleep on the couch, was told you can book another room at a reduced cost, we'll stay elsewhere in future

Superb hotel & location
Right on Salamanca place close to restaurants and city centre, very pleased with accommodation and service. Even had a view out of the rear of property onto Princes Garden and a kookaburra one morning! Good space in our 1-bed apartment with kitchen and seating all suiting us well for 3-night stay.

What a pleasure it was to be in this most convenient central location, right at the pulse of historic Hobart Town. I loved waking up to the view of leafy Prince’s Park and the little finches hopping about in the tree outside. It was lovely to have the option to open the large glass window and to let the glorious Hobart weather we had to pour in or to choose the air conditioning. The apartment was spacious, clean and cheerfully decorated and boasted all the modern appliances. The stay was enjoyable. Thank you.

Excellent location. Charming accommodation, clean. Make sure to check out the cafe attached- Farzi, its excellent! Room was a little dark as the window looks out to a brick wall, but I do remember reading that on another review so was expected. Reception hours were unexpectedly short, but didnt cause us too much issue. Overall, great place to stay- would stay again 😊

Great location with in walking distant to Salamanca Place with shops, cafes & ferry pier to Mona Art museum Staff friendly & helpful Accomodation had kitchenette & drawer dishwasher Car parking is off street with a mechanic vehicle stacker which proved perfect & safe for our rental car excellent accommodation and would highly recommend

Cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the point of arrival to our departure, our expectations were highly exceeded. Caitlin who was at the Front Desk on arrival was so helpful. A wealth of knowledge and quick to help in any way possible. The Unit was spotless and very well maintained , a credit to the owner and cleaning staff.

Quality accommodation in a central area.
A well maintained hotel very central to Salamanca wharf, shops and dining. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. We had a small issue which was quickly dealt with when staff advised.

We didn’t like the fact we couldn’t park our vehicle in the car stacker on the Friday (1st day of stay) as the receptionist said it wouldn’t fit… we have a VW TRoc (small car) we parked outside received a parking ticket Overall was a great stay

This is an outstanding place to stay. Apartment style rooms with all the amenities of home, in a great location right between the Salamanca and Battery Point areas and the waterfront. Everything is easily walkable from here, and the staff are amazing.

Modern urban style apartment hotel accommodation. Very well appointed, close to vibrant Salamanca district, great bars, restaurants, artisan galleries and shopping. Walk to beautiful Battery Point, Hobart central and ferry tours of harbour and MONA gallery. We loved our stay! Very friendly locals, chilled and happy vibe!

Utterly Charming
I love this hotel so much! The area was completely walkable, with nearby buses and ferries to the major attractions that are farther away. There was a charming cafe right there in the hotel - try the omelette, so good! There are parks and seaside within a block, and more restaurants, bars, and shops than you will have time to visit. The staff was very courteous and helpful. In particular, the housekeeping staff was the best I have ever seen! This hotel has everything you need for an extended stay. I had a clothes washing machine, a dishwasher, and a kitchen. I lived here for two weeks and I miss it already.

This hotel had absolutely everything we could want in an inner city Hobart apartment. Modern, spacious and luxurious accommodation right in the heart of the dining, bars and tourism district. The cafe downstairs had the most amazing brunch I’ve ever eaten!
