Too expensive....no breakfast...no lounge access...better offers from other hotels..the 8th lunch is totally disappointing...charging 1000 HK dollars per head is rediculous..we had been there before..but this year is not worth for money ..food no good and little choice...no wonder not many customer..what a pity...

流石のサービスレベルです。
部屋はそこまで広くないですがセンス良く、バスルーム（バスタブに加えてシャワールームもあり）やトイレは大変快適です。 備え付けのシャンプー等も良いですし、バスローブも使い心地が良いです。 ベッドが高いので、小さいお子さんがいる方は注意してください。 ウェルカムドリンク＆プレートも楽しませていただきました。 チェックアウト時（10時頃）は朝食の時間と重なったためかエレベーターを何台見送っても乗ることができませんでした。 ホテル側に電話連絡したところ、空のエレベーターを用意してくれ、その後予定を入れていたレストランまでの車も用意してくれました。 この一件で、また宿泊したくなりました。

I've stayed at the Conrad many times and this time stayed a week. The building / decor are becoming slightly dated, and the pool was out of use. However the staff were, without exception, unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were good. It is not the flashiest hotel in HK, and I could frankly do without the Pacific Place "retail experience", but the Conrad is reliably comfortable and has employees who will go the extra mile, so gets another thumbs up from me.

クリスマスシーズンに宿泊したのですが、ロビーのツリーがとても素敵でした。フロントの方も感じが良く、何より清掃サービスが素晴らしかったです。よいホテルに泊まる時は、一日ずっと出掛けっぱなしではなく、疲れたらホテルに帰って少し休憩するのが好きなのですが、こちらは一日二回清掃が入っているようで、昼寝をしに一度帰ったとき、その後夜ご飯を食べてまた帰ってきたときにもベッドメイクがされていました。タオルやお水の補充も完璧で、いつ帰ってきても心地よかったです。 難点は金鐘駅から建物内を少し歩くことですが、二人以上で宿泊する場合はタクシーでエントランス乗りつけが一番いいのでしょうね。香港はタクシーも安いし。
