My recent stay was great overall, with a couple of minor issues. Firstly, there were not enough adaptors for an international hotel, which is surprising given its U.S. branding and the likelihood of guests from outside HK. Secondly, the pillows could be firmer. Addressing these points could enhance the experience for future guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was of a high standard, however, there are signs of age, wear and tear, ie marks on the furniture and poor lighting. Generally a very pleasant stay, staff were all very friendly helpful and approachable, Concierge's were all very knowledgable. Good location great accessibility to Central and star ferry and 2 MTR stations are very local.
