I paid for a room with two beds and they gave me a room with one bed and a sofa bed and the mattress on the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin, all the rods would laugh. Furthermore, the room, since it is not made for two beds, was almost too small. that you couldn't even walk comfortably. I really don't recommend it, and it seems terrible to me to pay for something and receive what they want and not for what they paid for. 👎👎👎

El hotel está en buena área, muy cerca de la playa. Es un area tranquila y el personal del hotel es amable. Puedes rentar movies con la tarjeta del hotel e incluso tienes un descuento en el restaurant ihop, solo el estacionamiento está un poco complicado ya que es muy estrecho.

Super close to the lagoon and beach, very clean, in close proximity to stores, not too busy of an area. You have the option of leaving your bags after check out which is at noon with bell services. Rooms are spacious clean and contain a mini fridge, microwave, coffee, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, moisturizer. They lend you beach towels, chairs for no fee. Loved it here and would definitely stay again!

I stayed in this hotel in April 2022 and came back in April 2024. My experience in 2022 is still the same 2024. Everything about this Hotel is AMAZING. I hope that you don’t convert all the rooms to Condos.. Aqua Resort will be my got to hotel on all my vacy to Hawaii..

Very solid hotel. Staff is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Shower is plentiful with hot water. The rest of the room is a little dated, nothing serious. AC however is very loud. I was traveling with several others and their rooms were the same

A nice hotel with reasonable price. The room with two beds is quiet and small, but fine to accommodate 3 persons. The bathroom door is hard to open after close. Bed is comfortable, while the pillows are not in our room. There is around 10min walking to Waikiki beach. Very close to bus stop and restaurants.

I like the location I don’t like that they charged me a lot about amenities that we didn’t use because the pool was closed. And they supposed to clean the room one time every other day , we stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and they only cleaned the Room one time.

"resort" fee of $30 per day doesn't get you much and was a fee I was not expecting... Definitely not an obvious charge that ruined the stay. The hotel isn't very nice I would look elsewhere.
